Hatsune BT801 Computer Speaker

Security information:

Warning

  1. Please read this manual carefully and keep it properly.
  2. Please use accessories specified by the manufacturer.
  3. Please install according to the instructions in the manual.
  4. It is recommended to use this product in an environment with a temperature range of 0-35℃.
  5. To reduce the risk of fire and electric shock, please do not expose this product to rain or moisture.
  6. Do not use this product near water, nor immerse it in any liquid or allow any liquid to drip or splash onto it.
  7. Avoid installing or using this product near any heat sources (such as radiators, heating equipment, stovetops, or other heat-generating devices).
  8. Never place any water-filled containers, such as vases, on top of this product; nor should any form of open flame, like a lit candle, be placed on it.
  9. Do not block the openings of this product or insert objects into its vents or slots, as this may pose a risk of fire or electric shock.
  10. Please ensure adequate space around this product to maintain good ventilation (recommended to be 5cm or more).
  11. Do not forcibly insert the plug into the port. Before connecting, check if the port is blocked, if the plug and port are compatible, and if the orientation is correct.
  12. To prevent children from ingesting the provided accessories (such as Adapter), please keep them out of reach of children.
  13. Do not attempt to open or remove the casing for repairs as it may expose you to dangerous voltages or cause other hazards. Regardless of the reason for damage, professional repair personnel must be consulted for repairs, especially if the power cord or plug is damaged, if liquid has spilled or objects have fallen into it, if it has been exposed to rain or moisture, if it malfunctions, or if it has been dropped.
  14. Before wiping or cleaning the product with a dry cloth, please turn off the product and unplug it from the power source.
  15. Do not use strong acids, strong bases, gasoline, alcohol, or other chemical solvents to clean the product surface. If cleaning is necessary, please use a neutral solvent or water.
  16. This product is not sold with a power adapter. If consumers choose to use a power adapter for power supply, they should purchase a formal and standard-compliant power adapter.

  1. Connect the computer device, and it will automatically power on upon receiving power. After powering on, there will be a prompt sound  dicating PC mode. Click the ” Power/Mode” switch button to switch to the USB sound card input mode.
    Note: This device comes with power-off and shutdown memory functionality.
    If it was in USB sound card mode when it was shut down, it will be in USB sound card mode when it is powered on again.
  2. Fix Settings: On your computer, go to Control Panel/System Preferences > Sound Settings > Output, and then select the output device “BT801” for speakers.

Bluetooth Audio Mode (depending on the connected device)

  1. Automatically power on when receiving power. After powering on, a PC mode prompt sound will be heard. Press the ‘Power/Mode’ switch button to switch to Bluetooth mode.”
  2. Open the Bluetooth device menu, enable Bluetooth and search for Bluetooth devices. Tap on “BT801” in the list of discovered devices. A successful pairing will be indicated by a “ding-dong” sound.

Please Note: This speaker uses USB decoding.
