Happizza Button Maker Machine Operation Method

1. put one metal cover into mold
2. ptace the photo on the metal , and then cover with plastic film.
   (Make sure it’s one picture and one film)
3. Push mould Aso that mould Ais directly below mould C
4. make sure that the support pin is against the round plate and cannot let the support pin pass through the hole on the side.
5. press the handle, and when you hear a sound, you can raise the handle.
6. at this point, you can find that the metal cover is already inside the mould above.
7. put the button back cover into mould B.
8. correct placement of the button back cover.
9. push mould B so that mould Bis directly below mould C
10. Make sure that the support pin pass through the holes in the round plate.
11. the handle must be pressed all the way down until the handle touches the bar below, otherwise the buttons will spread out.
12. After the production is completed, the button is taken out of the mould.
    Note: If you accidentally fail, do not reuse the faited material, it will result in another failed crafting session!

1. Button maker machine parts list ( Including a machine frame, 1 set 32MM mould, 1 set 58MM mould, 2 pins).
2. install the 58mm mould, push the upper mould to the groove and push it to the bottom.
3. the upper mold installation is complete.
4. First remove the pin,then push the mould in the picture into the track, noting that the column marked in the picture is on the far side from us
5. pass the support pin of pointA through the hole, while raising point B, let point B go over the column below.
6. At this point, point B is in the middle of the two columns.
7. put the pin into the hole.
8. 58mm button maker machine assembly completed.
9. when replacing the 32mm mould, the steps are opposite to the assembly steps, and finally the upper part of the mould is pulled down by force.
