FAQ
1. Why does the socket automatically turn off the power after an appliance is plugged in?
A: This is because the plugged-in appliance exceeds the rated current (16A) of the socket, triggering the overload protection function.
The socket will automatically cut off the power to prevent damage.
2. What happens when a socket experiences undervoltage or overvoltage?
A: When undervoltage (voltage below 85V) or overvoltage (voltage above 260V) is detected, the socket will immediately and automatically cut off the power.
