Safety Information

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

This product has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a feature to reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug will ﬁt in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not ﬁt fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not ﬁt, contact a qualiﬁed electrician. Never use with an extension cord unless plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter the pug.
This product is not designed, certiﬁed, nor intended for use in: enclosed locations that limit the ﬂow of air and/or trap heat which contributes to an environment temperature over 40 degrees Celsius; regions or countries other than that in which the product was intended for and certiﬁed for sale in.

- Do not connect the chain to the supply while it is in the packing unless the packing has been adapted for display purposes.

- Do not secure the wiring of the product with staples, nails, or place on sharp hooks. DO NOT DAMAGE THE WIRE.

- Do not close doors or windows on the product or extension cords as this may damage the wire insulation.
- When in use, do not cover the product with cloth, paper, or any material that is not part of the product.
- Do not let lights rest on the supply cord or on any wire.
- Do not put the power supply in outdoor areas, regardless of weather conditions.
- Do not open or disassemble the device, as this will void the warranty and make the product unsafe for use.
- Do not submerse.
- This lighting chain must not be used without all gaskets being in place.
- To reduce the risk of strangulation, loose cables and cords within arm’s reach shall be effectively secured to the wall and need to be checked regularly.
- Install only using the mounting means provided.
- Do not put the power supply in wet location.

CAUTION

To avoid risk of shock, always make sure the product is unplugged from the electrical outlet before assembling, disassembling, installing, relocating, servicing or cleaning it.

Do not overload. This product contains 50FT of string lights, made of three 16.4-FT sections. 3 additional extensions of 16.4FT (sold separately) can be added to reach a total length of 100FT.
Do not use with extension cord near water or where water may accumulate. Keep at least 4.8 m / 16 ft from pools and spas. Keep plugs and receptacles dry.
TO REDUCE THE RISK OF FIRE: Do not replace the attachment plug. It contains a safety device (fuse) that should not be removed. Discard product if the attachment plug is damaged.

Do not exceed the lowest of the indicated maximum wattage on the cord tag near the connected product’s receptacle.

Installation

Before installation, connect each LED string to the controller and plug them into power to make sure every string works properly.

Clean the surface where you plan to install the string lights. It is recommended to vertically install 1-3 inches away from the wall surface. Make sure the surface is clean and dry.
IMPORTANT: Do not install the string lights during hot weather or when the temperature is lower than 0°C because the tape might not stick properly.
Peel off the adhesive tape on the back and place the ﬁrst bulb, before placing the next bulb make sure the wire is pulled ﬂat to the roof.
IMPORTANT: The adhesive tape is only used for TEMPORARY installation. Screws are needed to make the installation permanent.
Press every bulb ﬁrmly against the surface for 20 seconds.

Install the screws into the screw holes on every bulb.
Install the screws into the screw holes of power supply and controller.
The extension cable can be used if the strings need to be extended. Cable clips are recommended to ﬁx the cable to the desired position. Cable clips are recommended to use to ﬁx the cable onto proper position.

Permanent outdoor light extension kits are used when you need more pucks. Max 60 pucks can be connected; 30 pucks per 50 ft strings provided.

Using the Wire Splicer

CAUTION: Cutting and joining of the wires should only be done by a qualiﬁed professional.

Shortening the LED string, use the male wire Splicer.

Before starting, disconnect the power supply. Cut the wire in the middle of 2 LED pucks.

Unscrew the shell and locking nut, push out the silicone plug.
Slide the locking nut, silicone plug and shell over the wire in the correct order.
Separate the 3 wires to 1 inch in length. Strip the ends of the 3 wires by 0.5 inch and twist. 1 inch

Push open the color tabs and insert the correct wire into the hole. Make sure each wire is fully inserted, close the tabs and gently pull on the wire to make sure its secure.
Screw the shell tight and slide the silicone plug back into place. Screw locking nut tight.

Permanent outdoor light extension kit is used when you need more LEDs. Max. 6 light strings can be connected.

Operation

NOTE: Turn on Party Mode via the Hubspace app.

Care and Cleaning

Dust and dirt can affect lighting effects, therefore regular cleaning is recommended.

Clean the dust with a dry cloth.

Do not wash or clean the product with strong chemical reagents or strong detergents.
