Product Usage Instructions:
System Requirements:
To ensure compatibility, your operating system should be Windows 11/10/8/7 or Mac OS 10.8 upwards.
Charging and Monitor Functions:
- For charging via USB-C, your device must support USB Power Delivery (USB PD) or Thunderbolt 3/4.
- To use the monitor function over HDMI, your device must support DisplayPort Alternate Mode (DP Alt Mode), Thunderbolt 3/4, or USB4.
Set-Up:
- Connect the docking station to your computer/laptop using the provided USB-C cable.
- Connect your desired peripherals to the available ports on the docking station.
- Power on the docking station and your computer/laptop.
