Ensure the unit is compatible with Hager Consumer Units ZD0921 Design 10 Single,Dual Row & Flush, Design 30 Single & Dual Row, and Design 50 Flush.
For retrofit applications, ensure the Internal neutral cable is uprated to 25mm as per cable part number KE03B.

Switch Disconnector Consumer Units

For Surface Mounted Consumer Units, verify compatibility with RCBO / AFDD devices maintaining Ina & Inc ratings.

For Flush Mounted Consumer Units, ensure the Internal neutral cable is uprated to retain board Ina rating.

100A Dual RCCB Consumer Units

Ensure compatibility with Tyne MCB/AFDD devices for Split load dual RCCB metal Consumer unit designs.
Derate the Inc rating of each RCCB to 80A when MCB/AFDD devices are fitted. Provide upstream overload protection at a maximum of 80A or ensure downstream devices sum to 80A or less.

100A RCCB Incomer Consumer Units

Derate the Inc rating of the RCCB to 90A when used with outgoing MCB / AFDD devices. Provide upstream overload protection at a maximum of 90A or ensure downstream devices sum to 90A or less.
