The DTAPE Laser Tape Measure is powered by a high-quality lithium battery. Before first use, or when the battery indicator shows low power, charge the device using the provided USB Type-C cable. A full charge provides approximately 5 hours of continuous use. The device is USB rechargeable, promoting environmental sustainability by reducing battery waste.

To power on the device, long press the KASHE / ON Maɓallin. The display screen will illuminate, indicating the device is ready for use.

4.1 Laser Measurement
The laser measurement function allows for quick and accurate distance measurements up to 131 feet (40 meters).

- Ma'aunin Pythagorean: Calculates indirect distances using the Pythagorean theorem (e.g., height of a wall). Follow on-screen prompts to measure the required sides of a right triangle.


4.1.2 Measurement Reference

4.2 Tape Measure Usage
The integrated tape measure extends up to 16 feet (5 meters) and features a durable nylon coating.
- Extending the Tape: Pull the tape measure out to the desired length. It will automatically lock in place.
- Retracting the Tape: Danna maɓallin Kulle birki button to control the retraction speed. Release the button to stop the tape.
- Magnetic Hook: The end hook of the tape measure is magnetic, allowing it to securely attach to metal surfaces for more stable and accurate measurements.
