શું કરવું અને શું નહીં

• Make sure you download the right app – Dr-Neodocs
• Make sure you select the correct organization
• Dip the bottom part of testcard completely
• Click photo immediately (Once the timer ends)
• Don’t open the pouch before collecting the urine sample
• Don’t re-use the testcard
• Always perform test on flat surface
• Make sure the room is brightly lit

How to take the test

1. Click on “Add New Test”
2. Enter patient details Name, Age, Gender Phone number & Case id (Optional)
3. Request the patient to collect a urine sample Scan this QR to watch the video on “How to take uACR test”
4. Take out the testcard from pouch
5. Dip the bottom part of testcard in urine completely for 1-2 sec
6. Place testcard on control pad and start timer immediately
7. Take a clear picture of the testcard

નોંધ

• The urine routine is a screening test
• Pre-test conditions to be observed while testing- first void, mid-stream urine, collected in a clean, dry, sterile container is recommended for routine
• urine analysis, to avoid contamination with any discharge from the vaginal. and urethra
• During interpretation, points to be considered are Negative nitrite test does not exclude the presence of bacteria or urinary tract infections
• Trace proteinuria can be seen with many physiological conditions like prolonged recumbency, exercise, high protein diet, etc
• False reactions for bile pigments, proteins, glucose, and nitrites can be caused by peroxidase-like activity by disinfectants, therapeutic dyes, ascorbic acid and certain drugs, etc
• Physiological variations may affect the test results
• When trace results occur, it is recommended to retest using a fresh specimen from the same patient
• Ketones may occur in urine during fasting, pregnancy and frequent strenuous exercise
• Blood is often, but not invariably, found in the urine of menstruating females
