Checklist before Usage
- Ensure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network.
- Input the correct Wi-Fi password.
- Your smartphone must be running Android 4.4+ or iOS 8.0+.
- If the number of devices connected to the Wi-Fi router reaches its limit, you can try disabling a device to free up a channel or try using a different Wi-Fi router.
How to Set Up
- Use your smartphone to scan the QR code, or search for the “GHome” app in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store to download and install it.
- Create an account using your mobile number and the received authentication code.
- Connect your mobile device to your Wi-Fi router. Click the “+” icon in the upper right corner of the app’s homepage or select “Add Device”.
- Supply power to the gateway using the provided charging cable.
- Bluetooth Mode
- Turn on Bluetooth on your mobile device.
- Click “Add”.
- Enter the Wi-Fi network name and password.
- The device will connect automatically.
- Wi-Fi Mode
- Select “Multi mode Gateway (Zigbee + BLE)” from the “Gateway Control” section.
- Choose “Wi-Fi Mode”.
- Ensure the red indicator light is blinking slowly.
- Connect your mobile device to the gateway’s hotspot: “Smart Life XXXX”.
- Return to the app interface; it will then connect.
- Bluetooth Mode
- Click “Add devices”, then select “Add new devices”. The app will discover nearby devices. Ensure the device you want to add is in pairing mode. Once the device is added successfully, you can monitor its status.
Warranty Conditions
A new product purchased in the Alza.cz sales network is guaranteed for 2 years. If you need repair or other services during the warranty period, contact the product seller directly, you must provide the original proof of purchase with the date of purchase.
The following are considered to be a conflict with the warranty conditions, for which the claimed claim may not be recognized:
- Using the product for any purpose other than that for which the product is intended or failing to follow the instructions for maintenance, operation, and service of the product.
- Damage to the product by a natural disaster, the intervention of an unauthorized person or mechanically through the fault of the buyer (e.g., during transport, cleaning by inappropriate means, etc.).
- Natural wear and aging of consumables or components during use (such as batteries, etc.).
- Exposure to adverse external influences, such as sunlight and other radiation or electromagnetic fields, fluid intrusion, object intrusion, mains overvoltage, electrostatic discharge voltage (including lightning), faulty supply or input voltage and inappropriate polarity of this voltage, chemical processes such as used power supplies, etc.
- If anyone has made modifications, modifications, alterations to the design or adaptation to change or extend the functions of the product compared to the purchased design or use of non-original components.

WEEE
This product must not be disposed of as normal household waste in accordance with the EU Directive on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE – 2012/19/EU).
