Operation Instructions
Battery Indicator :
Press the power switch to check the battery power:
The indicator will blink one by one during the period of charging. Different numbers of solid indicators show different battery power. All indicators will be turned off automatically when the charging process has finished.
How to Charge the GE PRO
This unit can be charged with the Type-C cable and your phone wall charger.
(Only via the QC3.0 wall charger or QC3.0 car charger can achieve the 18W max input function; QC3.0 wall charger and car charger can be purchased separately.)
How to Start a 12V Vehicle
(Make sure the battery power≥2 bars)
Note: Do not press the “BOOST” button before connecting the vehicle battery correctly.
- Connect Vehicle Battery
- Green LED illuminates(solid)
- Start Vehicle Engine
Check the LED indicator in the front of this product and follow the instructions as below:

How to Charge Your Phone or Tablet
- Plug the charging cable into the USB-A port and your devices.
- After pressing the power switch, the unit can identify your device and charge it automatically. The battery indicators will light up when charging.
How To Turn On/Off The LED Flashlight
Long-press the power switch 3 seconds to start the LED light. There are 3 modes of LED light appear in order (Normal, Strobe, SOS, Off ) if you press slightly.
How to Turn Off This Unit
This unit will be turned off automatically in 30s when it’s not used (no load).

- This unit is for 12V vehicles only, it may not be suitable for other vehicles. It is forbidden to use for other machines such as aircraft, boats, etc.
- Do Not use this unit if any cable, clamp, or cord is damaged or if the unit is overheated or swelled or leaking fluid.
- Do Not use in place of a vehicle battery or as a vehicle battery charger.
- Do Not use the unit to start a vehicle while charging the internal battery.
- Only use the jumper cable attached and use the correct and qualified charger to charge this unit.
- Do Not let this unit over-discharge (do not let the battery run to empty), please charge it regularly; it would be best to recharge it every 3 months.
- Make sure the blue plug of the jumper cable is plugged fully into the jumper socket; otherwise, the blue plug could melt.
- Make sure the battery terminal are clean before starting, and make sure the battery clamps are well connected. If the battery terminals on the vehicle are dirty or corroded, the output power of the unit will be lessened.
- Do Not start the vehicle continuously more than 4 times within 10minutes, if the vehicle can’t be started at one time, please wait at least 30seconds to restart it.
- Do Not connect the two clamps together.
- Do Not connect the jump starter’s clamps to the battery reversely while pressing the “BOOST” button to avoid accident.
- Only use this unit to start the vehicle when the battery indicator is more than 2 bars.
- Do Not keep the unit connected to the vehicle battery after successfully starting the engine. Remove the product from the vehicle battery after starting the engine. If not, it could lead to damage.
- Do Not recharge this product immediately after using it to start the vehicle, please cool it down for 30 minutes before charging.
- Do Not allow the product to become wet and Do Not immerse in water.
- Do Not operate the product in explosive atmo- spheres, such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases, or dust.
- Do Not modify or disassemble the unit. Only a repair technician may repair this unit.
- Do Not expose product to extreme heat or fire.
- Do Not drop or crush the unit. If the unit has received a sharp blow or is damaged in any other way, a qualified battery technician should check it.
- Do Not store in locations where the temperature mayexceed 600C/ 1400F.
- Charge only at ambient temperature between -ION450C/14N1130F.
- Under extreme conditions, the battery may leak. If a liquid is leaking from the unit, Do Not handle with bare hands. In case of skin contact wash with soap and water immediately. If the liquid contacts to eyes, rinse eyes with cold running water for at least 10 minutes and get medical treatment immediately.
- The unit contains lithium-based batteries. At end of the product life, or if the unit is leaking liquid, dispose the unit according to local regulations.

Q: What is the operating temperature of this unit and how to store it?
A: This unit uses a lithium-polymer battery, and its operating temp is -20-600C/ -4-1400F. If the ambient temperature is higher than 600C/1400F, the internal construction of the polymer lithium-ion cells will be damaged, and it may swell and become unsafe. So don't store the device in a vehicle which is parked in hot weather for long periods of time.
Q: How to start a vehicle with this unit?
A: Please refer to the instructions about How to Start a 12V Vehicle.
Q: Why do Green and Red light blink alternately?
A: The jump starter has an Over-start Protection function. If you start the vehicle continuously for more than 4 times within 10 minutes, the jump starter will turn into Over-start Protection (the green and red lights will blink alternately). Meanwhile, there will be no output of battery clamps. You can disconnect the jumper cable plug from the jumper starter, and then the Over-start Protection will be removed.
Q: How do you know if this unit is connected to the vehicle correctly?
A: The battery clamps are connected to the vehicle battery. When the indicator shines a steady green light, it means it's connected correctly. If the red light is on and solid, and there is beeping, it means it's a reverse connection.
Q: How to turn off this unit?
A: The unit will be turned off automatically in 30 seconds when it has no load.
Q: Can this unit charge other devices while it is being charged?
A: Yes.
Q: Can this unit charge other devices while starting a vehicle?
A: No.
Q: How often does this unit need to recharge?
A: It would be best to be recharged every 3 months.
Q: Why it shuts off in 30s when charging for other devices?
A: This product may not be able to charge for the devices that need weak current like iphone 6 series, headphones, smart watch, etc. Because this unit has a minimum load current 200mA. it will be automatically off after 30s if the load current is less than 200mA.
Q: What should I do if this unit can’t start a vehicle?
A: Recharge this unit fully,and try to press the “BOOST” button. Wait until the GREEN LIGHT is on and solid, then start the vehicle within 30 seconds. If it still doesn’t work, please contact us at karen@gooloo.com and kindly attach your order ID.
Q: What should I do if this unit can’t be charged?
