Product Usage Instructions:

1. Getting Started:

– Download the iSolarCloud App from Google Play or the App
Store.

2. App Overview:

– Log into the app to see your plant name and system
overview.

– Check if the status is Normal for proper functioning.

– Tap on your plant name for more details.

3. Overview Tab:

– Panels: Displays current solar panel electricity
generation.

– House: Shows current electricity consumption.

– Pylon: Indicates buying/selling electricity to/from the
grid.

– Yield Today: Total solar energy generated today.

– Revenue: Credit earned from exporting energy to the grid and
savings from using solar power.

4. Dashboard Tab:

– View solar production data with a graph of today’s energy
output.

– Click on the graph for historical data of previous days,
months, or years.

– Use options like Day, Week, Month, Year, Lifetime, and Custom
views for data analysis.

– Toggle switches below the graph help filter data based on
preferences.

Note: Consumption monitor needed for full data
visibility.

5. System Settings:

– Access additional options by tapping the menu icon in the top
right corner.

Once you log into the app, you’ll see your plant name along with a quick overview of your system. If the status shows “Normal”, everything is running as it should. Tap on your plant name to explore more details.

Tap on the “Overview” tab to check the current status of
your inverter.

Here’s what each icon tells you:
Panels Show how much electricity your solar panels are generating right now.
House Displays your current electricity consumption.
Pylon Indicates whether you’re buying electricity from the grid or selling excess energy back to it.
Yield Today Shows the total solar energy you’ve generated so far today. Revenue Shows the credit you earn from exporting energy to the grid combined with the savings you make by using your own solar power instead of purchasing it from the grid. Please note that the electricity you generate and consume won’t appear on your electricity bill.

Tap on the “Dashboard” tab to view your solar
production data, starting with a graph showing
today’s energy output. Click on the graph to access
additional historical data, allowing you to explore
previous days, months, or even years.
Once you tap the graph, you’ll see options at the top for Day, Week, Month, Year, Lifetime, and Custom views. Below the graph, toggle switches allow you to filter the data according to your preferences.
Note: If you don’t have a consumption monitor installed, you’ll only see the PV generation field.

Tap the menu icon in the top right corner, to access additional options for your system settings.
Faults The Faults tab displays any current or past issues. “Pending” indicates an active fault, while “Resolved” shows faults that have already been fixed. Some faults, like power outages in your area, often resolve themselves once the power is restored. Device The Device tab shows the status of your system. If you have multiple devices, each one will be listed separately along with its output. The status “Normal” means everything is working fine, while “Offline” usually means a lost Wi-Fi connection or the inverter has been powered off. Plant Configuration Under Plant Configuration, you can set the tariffs (rates) used by your electricity provider to calculate your system’s savings.
