Global Synthetics GS_049 Lacing Tool and C Rings
Product Information
The Global Synthetics ‘C’ ring fastening tools closes 38mm C rings effortlessly around gabion and mattress connection or selvedge wires. It is typically pneumatically driven for fast effective ring closure.
Applications
The ‘C’ rings are used to join and close gabions and rock mattresses as an alternative to traditional hand lacing with tiewire. C rings are available in Galfan® coating to suit Galfan® wire gabions and mattresses and in stainless steel for PVC coated units
Benefits
The pneumatically driven closing tool is the most popular due its ease of use and time saving. For small projects or when an air compressor may not be available or practical, please ask about our manual hand-operated tool option.
Features
The ‘C’ rings are collated with tape for rapid and easy handling and loading. The tips are blunt to limit injury. They are supplied in sealed cartons of 1,600 rings per carton.

FAQ
Q: What are the suggested ring quantities for different product types?
A: For Gabions with 1.0m width, it is suggested to use 40-50 rings per m3. For Rock Mattresses with 0.5m width, 15-18 rings per m2 are recommended.
