Product Usage Instructions:

Connecting GHome Devices to Alexa:

  1. Method 1: Bind quickly via GHome App
    1. Open the GHome App, click Me in the lower right corner, and
      then click the Alexa icon in the Third-Party Voice Services
      menu.
  2. Method 2: Add skills via Alexa App
    1. Open Amazon Alexa App and select Skills & Games.
    2. Search for GHome and enable it to use.
    3. Contact your GHome account to enable the skill.

Using Alexa Voice Control to Operate the Smart Plug:

  1. Before using an Alexa speaker or voice assistant, ensure that
    the GHome App is linked to the Alexa App.
  2. Open the Amazon Alexa App and view devices from the GHome
    App.
  3. Tap the device you want to control in the Alexa App to directly
    control it.

Connecting Devices to Google Assistant:

  1. Open the Google Assistant App, log in, and click Devices to add
    devices.
  2. Find Add devices, enter your GHome App account and password,
    then tap Link Now.

Connecting Devices to Google Home:

  1. Open Google Home App, select Works with Google, and search for
    GHome.
  2. Tap Agree and link to connect GHome with Google Home.

FAQ:

Q: What Wi-Fi connection does the device support?

A: The device only supports 2.4G Wi-Fi connection. Ensure your
mobile phone and the device are connected under 2.4G Wi-Fi
simultaneously.

Q: Can the smart plug be directly bound to Alexa or Google
Home?

A: No, you need to first bind the smart plug to the GHome App,
and then link the GHome App to Alexa and Google Home/Google
Assistant App before controlling it via voice commands through
Google and Alexa.

2. Click “Search” icon and enter “GHome”, as shown in the following figure.

Since the device only supports 2.4G Wi-Fi connection, please ensure that the
mobile phone and the device are connected under 2.4G Wi-Fi simultaneously.
Note: You need to first bind the smart plug to the GHome App, and then link the GHome App to Alexa and Google Home / Google Assistant App before you can control it via voice commands through Google and Alexa. The smart plug can not be directly bound to Alexa, Google Home, or Google Assistant App.

3. Find “GHome”, click “ENABLE TO USE” and contact your GHome account to enable skill. As shown in the figure below:

How to Connect Devices to Google Assistant?
1. Open the Google Assistant App and login in. 2. Tap your account name of the upper right corner.

3. Click “Devices” to add devices.

4. Find “Add devices” and click it.

6. Enter your GHome App account and password, then tap “Link Now”.

How to Connect Devices to Google Home?
1. Open Google Home App and select “Works with Google”, as shown in the figure below.

2. Tap “Search” icon and enter “GHome”,then tap the “Agree and link” as shown in the following figure.

3 After waiting for a while, you will see a prompt “GHome is Link” at the bottom. Don’t perform any operations at this time, continue waiting for a moment, and Google Home will guide you to add a new device, as shown in the figure.
