Get Packed Pallet Wrapping Strapping Machines

STEP 1 Travel

1. Travel forward, parallel to the side of the pallet
2. Tie or wedge wrap film as usual to begin

STEP 2 Pivot Point

1. Steer guide roller just past the corner of pallet here and pause travel
2. Squeeze the Wrap Roll Brake up under the Control Handle to intentionally stop the wrap from unrolling. Then, See 3 above.
3. PIVOT around guide roller, keeping it at the corner of the pallet. This provides the leverage to tension the wrap.

STEP 3 Tension

1. When turned 90° around the corner of the pallet, travel forward parallel to the side of the pallet as in step #1. release wrap roll brake when tensioned wrap touches goods.

STEP 4 Raise

Wrap Height

1. , Steer out wide, to slacken tension on the wrap, then raise the wrap roll by drawing height control handles downward.
2. Stop forward travel to raise roll height with lifting handles. Remember, return to the PIVOT guide roller around the corner of the pallet.
3. This, once again provides the leverage to tension the wrap at the new height.

STEP 5

Cut Off

1. Steer guide roller around the last corner of the pallet and touch tensioned wrap against goods.
2. Angle Wrappa so that the film is tight against
3. Wrap the Cutter Tube and pull sharply upward the knurled cutter knob to cut off the wrap.
