Proaim Atlas V2 Video Production Camera Cart (CT-ATLS-30)

This document provides assembly instructions for the Proaim Atlas V2 Video Production Camera Cart.

Please inspect the contents of your shipped package to ensure you have received everything that is listed below.

2 x T-Type Allen Key (Size: 4mm & 5mm)
2 x Pneumatic Wheels (with Brake)
2 x Pneumatic Wheels (without Brake)
4 x Rod Adapter
2 x Cross Bar
2 x Allen Bolts (Size: 8 x 20mm)
2 x L-Type Allen key (Size: 6mm & 4mm)
4 x Rods
Carrying handle
2 x Side Handle
16 x Allen Bolts (Size: 5 x 15mm)
4 x CSK Bolts (Size: 6 x 20mm)

Atlas Camera Cart Setup

First, remove the top shelf.
Then, carefully separate each foam layer, one at a time.

Pneumatic Wheels Assembly

Loosen the locking lever on the pneumatic wheel (with brake).
Insert the wheel (with brake) into the dovetail plate on the bottom shelf.
Secure it firmly using the locking lever. Repeat the process to install the second wheel (with brake).
If the wheel still slides after tightening the locking lever, use a 4 mm Allen key to further tighten the bolt.
Loosen the locking lever on the pneumatic wheel (without brake).
Insert the wheel (without brake) into the dovetail plate on the bottom shelf.
Secure it firmly using the locking lever. Repeat to install the second wheel (without brake).
All wheels are now attached.

Assembly of Rods

Loosen the knob on the locking clamp to open it.
Insert the rod into the clamp and position it properly.
Once aligned, close the clamp and tighten the knob to securely lock the rod in place. Repeat this process to install the remaining rods.
Ensure all rods are properly installed.

Carrying Handle Assembly

Using a 4 mm Allen key, remove all the bolts from the carrying handle.
Position the carrying handle at the center of the side of the bottom shelf and secure the handle by tightening the bolts with the 4 mm Allen key.
Repeat the process to fasten all remaining bolts, ensuring the handle is firmly attached.

Assembly of Rod Adapters

First, unlock the locking lever on the rod adapter.

Top Shelf Assembly

Note: Two people are required to safely position the top shelf onto the rods.

Carefully place the top shelf onto the rods, then close the lever locks on all rod adapters to secure it in place.

Handle Assembly

Open the handle clamp and attach the handle to the rod. Adjust its position as needed.
Lock the clamp to secure the handle in place.
Follow the same steps to position and secure the second handle. Both handles are now attached to the cart.

Crossbar Assembly

First, open the clamp, loosening its knob.
Attach the Crossbar to the rods and tighten the knobs to secure it.
Repeat the same process to attach the second crossbar.
Your cart is now ready to use.
