Features
FL50 contains a liquid water-based flux developed for desoldering/soldering components. It is intended for preparing printed circuits prior to soldering SMD components, especially flat pack integrated circuits.
The bottle is equipped with a useful flexible nozzle that aids in refilling small containers.
This flux is manufactured under strict quality assurance and conforms to J-STD 004 as ORL0 type.
Note: Although residues of FL50 flux are minimal, they are water-soluble, facilitating thorough cleaning when required.
How to use FL50
FL50 is designed to refill FL15* (Flux Bottle with Applicator) and FL* (Refillable Brush Pen).
Note: Prior to flux application, ensure the surface to be soldered is clean and degreased.

FL* Refillable Brush Pen
Refillable Brush Pen for Flux Application (capacity 5.5 ml). This item is not included and sold separately.
Note: To refill the pen, remove the sealing cap that seals the flux barrel.

Safety Precautions
- Wear protection glasses and gloves during handling.
- Avoid contact with skin and eyes. It may cause sensitization by skin contact and irritation to eyes and skin in case of lengthy contact.
- Do not eat or drink. Harmful in case of ingestion.
- In case of problems due to contact, ingestion, or inhalation, seek medical advice.
First Aid Measures:
- Eyes: Flush with abundant clean warm water and seek first aid.
- Skin: Wash with soap and water.
- Inhalation of fumes: Move the affected person away from the source and outside to get fresh air. Seek medical help.
- Oral Ingestion: Drink plenty of clean water and seek immediate medical attention.
- Wash your hands after use.
- Any waste materials should be stored in sealed containers and disposed of according to the relevant Acts of Parliament and Local Authority Bylaws. Further advice can be obtained from your local waste disposal officer.
- This product should only be used by authorized personnel who have been properly trained in its handling and use in accordance with good industrial hygiene and safety practices.
- Keep away from children.

Warranty
JBC's 2-year warranty covers this equipment against all manufacturing defects, including the replacement of defective parts and labour. Warranty does not cover product wear or misuse. In order for the warranty to be valid, equipment must be returned, postage paid, to the dealer where it was purchased.
Disposal Information
This product should not be thrown in the garbage. In accordance with the European directive 2012/19/EU, electronic equipment at the end of its life must be collected and returned to an authorized recycling facility.
