How to use the charger
- Detect whether the battery parameters match the charger.
- Connect the red clip to the battery positive (+) and the black clip to the battery negative (-).
- After connecting the positive and negative poles, the screen will light up. The ambient temperature, voltage, and remaining capacity will be detected in a cycle.
- Note: After the battery has just been used, it needs to be left for 1 hour for accurate detection of remaining capacity.
Graph showing Open circuit voltage (V) on the Y-axis versus Remaining capacity (%) on the X-axis. The line shows voltage increasing as remaining capacity increases, from approximately 10V at 0% capacity to 14V at 100% capacity.
- After connecting the household power supply, the screen shows "dFS". The charger will automatically switch to the charging state (start-stop/hook charging mode without devulcanization stage) after entering the devulcanization stage for about 5 minutes. During charging, the screen displays voltage, current, ambient working temperature, and charging progress.
- If the positive and negative connections are wrong or abnormal, the screen displays "EHH" and beeps.
- Select the charging mode that matches the battery (see mode selection for details).
- After charging, the battery power bar on the screen is full (100%) and displays "FUL". It is recommended to continue floating charge for about 1 to 2 hours. Wait for the screen to display "OFF" to turn off.
- Unplug the AC plug first, then remove the positive and negative clips to complete the charging.
Mode selection
Press and hold the mode key for 5 seconds to turn the buzzer on or off.
Triggering the "mode" key cycles through the following modes: Standard, Start-stop, Motorcycle, Hook repair.
- 1. Standard: Suitable for ordinary cars, agricultural vehicles, trucks, and all kinds of 12V lead-acid batteries.
- 2. Start-stop: Suitable for car batteries with start-stop function.
- 3. Motorcycle: Suitable for all kinds of motorcycles and 12V lead-acid batteries.
- 4. Intelligent charging: Suitable for long-term battery use. Constant current 1A for charging, suitable for battery side use, charging, continuous charging (voltage 13.8V).
- 5. Repair: For long idle, old, or non-charging batteries. Select "repair" mode to try to activate the battery.
Winter and summer recharge
- Winter: Ambient temperature < 10°C. Summer: Ambient temperature > 28°C. Normal temperature: 10°-27°C (no icon displayed).
- The microcomputer automatically detects the environment and working temperature during charging, adjusting the appropriate charging state without manual setting. This extends battery service life and ensures safe charging.
- The ambient temperature is detected every 3-5 seconds. While there may be a slight error range, it does not affect the normal charging performance.
Repair function
- Connect the battery and plug in the power supply. Trigger the "mode" key five times to enter repair mode; the screen will show "PUL" (+) flashing.
- It is recommended to repair car batteries for about 4 hours. Motorcycle batteries and water/electricity batteries are recommended for about 2 hours. (Repair time can be extended if the battery does not heat up).
- The repair mode also has current. The battery can be fully charged after a long-term repair. After completion, the battery bar will show 100% ("FUL"), and the charger will automatically enter the floating charging stage, displaying "OFF" when shutdown is complete.
- To stop the repair or charging process early, remove the charger and disconnect the power.
Tip: If the battery becomes seriously hot during the repair process, stop charging immediately to avoid danger. This overheating is usually due to severe vulcanization or low water levels, indicating the battery may need replacement.
Nine-stage charging
The product features nine-stage charging functions: battery detection, de-vulcanization, half-power constant current, full-power constant current, constant voltage charging, repair, floating charging, power maintenance, and shutdown.
Nine-stage charging process: Battery detection, De-vulcanization (approx. 13.2V), Half-power constant current, Full-power constant current, Constant voltage charging (14.8V), Repair, Floating charging (13.8V), Power maintenance, Shutdown (OFF). Note: Start-stop/hanging charge mode is 8-stage.
Mode error prevention trigger
Mode switching prevents accidental triggering. After the product enters the charging state for approximately 25 seconds, the touch button self-locks and cannot be triggered. To switch modes, a clip must be removed or municipal power disconnected to unlock it.

Intelligent memory
The product has a memory function. It defaults to the mode used before the last power outage, providing intelligent memory and ease of use. (Repair mode does not have memory function).
