A screwdriver, drill, and ladder may be required for installation.
System Setup
- Install the Eufy Security app from the App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play (for Android devices). You can find the apps by searching for "Eufy Security".
- Connect the product to power and wait for the LED indicator to turn solid blue, indicating it is ready for setup.
- Open the Eufy Security app. On the device screen, tap the "+" icon in the upper right corner and follow the on-screen instructions to add your Indoor Cam S350 to the app.

⚠️ Caution: Keep the camera connected to power during firmware updates.
Camera Mounting: Telephoto Lens Focus Distance
To utilize the telephoto lens zoom function effectively, the camera must be positioned at least 2.5 meters away from the area you wish to monitor. This distance ensures the focus area is optimized for clear viewing.

Placement Selection
The Indoor Cam S350 can be placed on a table or shelf, or mounted on a wall or ceiling. Choose a location that provides the necessary field of view and is within reach of a power outlet.
? Note: To ensure optimal night mode performance, position the camera at least 0.2 meters away from objects or walls to prevent infrared light reflection.

When placing on a table or shelf

Wall or Ceiling Mounting Method
⚠️ Caution: Before mounting, disconnect the product from the AC adapter.
- Use the positioning sticker to mark the screw locations on the wall or ceiling. Drill pilot holes at these marked locations.
- Secure the mounting plate to the wall or ceiling, ensuring the arrow [Up Arrow] points upwards. Fasten the mounting plate using the provided screws and anchors.
Wall Installation

Finalizing Installation
- With the USB cable disconnected from the AC adapter, connect the USB-C end of the cable to the product's USB port.
- For wall mounting, route the USB cable through the groove on the mounting plate. (Skip this step if installing on the ceiling.)
- Insert the camera into the mounting plate and ensure it is securely attached.

Precautions for Use
- The product's operating temperature is approximately 0-40℃.
- Do not use the product in extremely hot or cold environments, under strong direct sunlight, or in areas with high moisture.
- Connect the product to an easily accessible power outlet.
- Use only the included AC adapter. Using a different AC adapter may cause injury or damage to the product and may void the warranty.
- This product is not a toy. Please ensure children do not play with it.
- Keep included small parts away from children. Small parts can cause choking if swallowed. If a child accidentally swallows a part, seek medical attention immediately.
- The included AC adapter is for indoor use only. Adapter model: TEKA-UCA20UN, Rated voltage/current: DC5V/2A.
