Recharging Your Power Station
Safety Precautions
- Before charging, ensure the power station is properly grounded.
- Use an original or safety-certified power cable that meets the charging specifications.
- Ensure the power station is well-ventilated and free from combustibles during charging.
Important Note
- Charge the power station before initial use to activate the battery.
- Overcurrent protection will trigger if input current exceeds the limit, causing the Overcharge Protection Switch to protrude. Press the switch to resume charging once the overcurrent is resolved.
- Recharge promptly if the battery level is low to prevent the battery from becoming inoperable.
AC Recharging
Recharge with PowerZip Fast Charging (1200W Max Input Power). Connect the AC power cable to the AC Input Outlet (Utility Power) on the power station.

Solar Recharging
To charge the power station via solar panels, use the following configurations:
- Configuration A: Connect 2 x 100W/200W Solar Panels in series (not included).
- Configuration B: Connect 1 x 100W/200W Solar Panel (not included).

Note: Up to 2 solar panels can be connected in series. The maximum rated power input for supported solar panels connected in series is 400W. Additional cables may be required.
Car Recharging
To charge the power station via a vehicle's cigarette lighter port:
- Start the vehicle before connecting the car charging cable to prevent vehicle failure due to insufficient battery.
- Ensure the cigarette lighter port and the car charging cable are properly connected.

Flashlight
In the standby state, you can switch between 5 flashlight modes:
- Low Light: ? (Press the Flashlight Power Button once)

- SOS: ? (Press the Flashlight Power Button again)

Powering Your Devices
Power On/Power Off
- To Turn On: Press the Main Power Button once (×1).
- To Turn Off: Press and hold the Main Power Button for 3 seconds (3S).

Tip: While powered on, the display automatically turns off if the power station is not used within 1 minute. Press any button to turn the display back on.
AC Output
Connect devices like projectors or speakers to the AC Output Outlets.
- To Turn On AC Output: In the standby state, press the AC Power Button once (×1).
- To Turn Off AC Output: Press the AC Power Button again.

Tips:
- To switch AC output frequency (e.g., 50Hz/60Hz), press and hold the AC Power Button for 10 seconds while the AC output is off.
- Always check the rated frequency of your device before use. Improper frequency settings can damage the power station and connected devices.
DC and USB Outputs
Car Charging Output / DC5521 Output
Connect devices like a car refrigerator to the Car Charging Output Port or DC5521 Output Ports.
- To Turn On DC Output: In the standby state, press the DC Power Button once (×1).
- To Turn Off DC Output: Press the DC Power Button again.

USB Output
Connect devices like laptops, mobile phones, or digital cameras using a USB Fast Charging Cable to the USB-A or USB-C Output Ports.
- The default state for USB ports is ON.
- To Turn Off USB Output: Double-press the DC Power Button (×2).

To control the power station via a mobile device, download the "UGREEN" App. You can search for "UGREEN" App on the Apple Store or Google Play Store.
Features & Operating Modes
U-Turbo Mode
When U-Turbo Mode is active, the AC output ports can support devices with power ratings up to 2500W (Max).
Tips:
- U-Turbo mode is temporarily disabled when the power station is simultaneously charging and powering other devices for safer operation.
- U-Turbo is enabled by default. It can be disabled using the "UGREEN" App.
- When U-Turbo Mode is on, it is recommended to connect only one device to an AC output port to avoid abnormal use.
- The AC output port can support devices up to 2500W, such as hair dryers and electric kettles. However, U-Turbo Mode is not suitable for all electrical appliances. Inductive and high-power devices like air conditioners, coffee machines, and clothes dryers are not recommended.
Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS)
Do not use UPS features in situations or with devices requiring extreme reliability and/or security, such as life-saving medical equipment or in environments where severe bodily harm/injury could occur (e.g., airplanes, ships, railways, elevators).
This power station is not intended for use in high-risk activities where equipment failure could result in death, personal injury, or substantial property damage. UGREEN disclaims any warranties for suitability in high-risk activities.
Power Reduction Mode
In this mode, recharging/discharging power is reduced to improve the overall lifespan of the power station. Power Reduction Mode automatically turns on in the following states:
- Low temperature
- High temperature
- Low battery charging
- Trickle charging
(The Power Reduction Mode icon on the LCD display illuminates when this mode is active.)
0% Battery Emergency Mode
This mode allows for flashlight and USB ports usage when the battery level is at 0%.
- To Enable: When powered on, press and hold the DC Power Button and Flashlight Power Button simultaneously for 10 seconds.
- To Disable: After use, press and hold the Main Power Button for 3 seconds.
Tips:
- This mode is only available when the battery level is 0%.
- Avoid using this mode frequently, as it could negatively affect the power station's battery life.
- After using this mode, promptly charge the power station to prevent it from becoming unusable.

Factory Reset
To perform a factory reset, ensure the power station is not connected to any other device/appliances. Press and hold the AC Power Button and the DC Power Button simultaneously for 10 seconds to restore the power station to factory settings.
Note: This operation will clear all function settings saved by the power station. Perform reset with caution.
FAQs
Q1: What devices can be connected to the AC Output Port of the power station?
A1: The rated power of the AC output port is 1200W, suitable for most electronics. Confirm the device's power rating and ensure the total load is less than the rated power. With U-Turbo function enabled, AC output can support heating devices up to 2500W, but it's not suitable for all devices. Inductive and high-power devices like air conditioners, coffee machines, and clothes dryers are not recommended.
Q2: Can I recharge the power station while charging connected devices?
A2: Yes. However, it is not recommended to power high-power devices simultaneously.
Q3: How can I check remaining discharge time?
A3: After a device is connected, the estimated remaining discharge time is shown on the display. This is calculated based on the connected device's power consumption and the remaining battery level. If the device's power draw is high and the battery level is low, the remaining time will be short.
Q4: Why does the fan turn on during use?
A4: The fan automatically turns on to cool the power station, which is normal and ensures a safer charge. You can reduce fan noise by enabling [Quiet Mode] in the "UGREEN" App [Settings].
Q5: Why does the power station run out of battery even when no device is connected?
A5: When the AC Output Outlets are on, there is a no-load power consumption even without connected devices. Ensure the AC Output Outlets are turned off when not in use to conserve battery.

Safety Instructions
Warnings
- This power station contains a lithium battery; do not disassemble, violently impact, or squeeze it.
- Do not throw the power station into fire, or use it in situations of high temperature and during short circuit.
- Do not insert foreign objects or fingers into the power station or use sharp objects to puncture it, to avoid damage or explosion.
- If the power station accidentally falls into water, move it to a safe, open area until completely dry. Do not use it again. Dispose of it properly according to the Disposal Guide.
- Keep the power station out of reach of children and pets. Special groups should use it under supervision.
Notes for Safe Use
- Do not place heavy objects on this power station.
- Use the power station in a dry and well-ventilated environment. Ensure ventilation outlets are not blocked.
- Do not place the power station near sources of heat or fire (e.g., microwave ovens, pressure cookers, heating furnaces). Use fire extinguishing equipment if a fire occurs.
- Do not expose the power station to liquids or use it in rainy or humid environments.
- If the power station is subjected to strong impact or fall, do not continue normal use. Dispose of it properly.
- Do not use this power station in environments of strong electrostatic or electromagnetism.
- When not in use, remove the power cord and all connected external devices. Pull plugs directly, not by the cord.
- Do not use non-UGREEN cords or parts. Contact UGREEN customer service for repairs or replacement parts.
- Do not use a damaged power cable to charge the power station.
- Use the power station at the specified working environment temperature.
Transportation & Storage
- Store this power station in a dry place, at room temperature.
- Do not store or transport with metal objects (glasses, watches, metal necklaces, hairpins, etc.).
- If shipping via logistical means, discharge the power station battery to 10%~30%.
- This power station cannot be carried on a plane. Abide by civil aviation transportation regulations.
Maintenance
- For long-term storage, put the power station in its storage bag. Charge and discharge at least once every 3 months (discharge to 30%, then charge to 60%) to ensure battery health.
- For long-time storage, check the battery level. If low, charge first to prevent battery damage.
- Store the power station at the appropriate storage environment temperature (20°C~25°C/68°F-77°F).
- If the port is dirty, clean with a dry cloth. Do not use chemicals or spray cleaners.
Disposal
- Dispose of this power station in accordance with local laws and regulations regarding battery recycling and disposal. Do not dispose of it in ordinary trash.
- Fully discharge the battery before disposing of it in the designated battery recycling bin.
- If the battery cannot be completely discharged due to product failure, contact a professional battery recycling company.
