Use only high-quality wood pellets with a diameter of 6mm and a maximum length of 30mm. It is recommended to use pellets certified with NF or DIN+ standards. Never use glued wood, waste, liquid fuels, or painted materials.
Regularly check the screen filter to ensure it is free of contamination. A clean filter prevents unnecessary power consumption and ensures optimum efficiency. Remove the filter, clean it gently (vacuum or wash and dry), and reinstall it.
