4. Instructions d'installation
Installation must be performed by a qualified electrician in accordance with local codes and regulations. Ensure the power supply is disconnected before beginning installation.

4.2 Connexion électrique
The cooktop requires a 220-240V, 50/60Hz power supply. It must be connected to a dedicated 50A double pole breaker. Follow the wiring diagram carefully.

- Connect the Black wire from the appliance to L1 on the breaker.
- Connect the White wire from the appliance to L2 on the breaker.
- Connect the Green wire from the appliance to the Ground Bar.

5. Mode d'emploi
5.1 Fonctionnement de base
- Mise sous tension : Appuyez sur le bouton d'alimentation (ⓘ) to turn on the cooktop. The display will show "0" for each burner.
- Sélectionner le brûleur : Touch the corresponding burner selection button (e.g., □) for the desired cooking zone.
- Régler le niveau de puissance : Use the "+" or "-" controls, or slide your finger along the power level indicator (1-9) to set the desired heat level.
- Éteindre: To turn off a single burner, select the burner and set its power level to "0". To turn off the entire cooktop, touch the power button (ⓘ) encore.
5.2 Fonction minuterie
The cooktop features a 1-99 minute timer that can be set independently for each burner.
- Régler la minuterie: While a burner is active, touch the timer button (⏱).
- Ajuster l'heure : Use the "+" or "-" controls to set the desired cooking duration (1-99 minutes). The timer will begin counting down.

- Verrouillage de sécurité pour enfants : To activate, touch and hold the lock button (🔒) for a few seconds. This prevents accidental changes to settings or turning on the cooktop. Repeat to deactivate.

- Indicateur de chaleur résiduelle : After a burner is turned off, an "H" will appear on the display if the surface is still hot enough to cause burns. Do not touch the surface until the "H" disappears.
- Arrêt automatique : If a cooking zone is left on for an extended period without any adjustments, it will automatically turn off as a safety measure.

6. Nettoyage et entretien
Regular cleaning helps maintain the appearance and performance of your cooktop. Always ensure the cooktop is cool and disconnected from the power supply before cleaning.
6.1 Nettoyage quotidien
- Essuyez la surface en verre avec adamp cloth and a mild dish soap.
- Rincer avec un chiffon propre, damp chiffon pour enlever tout résidu de savon.
- Séchez soigneusement avec un chiffon doux et propre pour éviter les traces d'eau.
- Évitez les nettoyants abrasifs, les tampons à récurer ou les produits chimiques agressifs, car ils peuvent rayer ou endommager la surface du verre.

6.2 Élimination des taches tenaces
- For burnt-on food or stubborn stains, use a ceramic cooktop cleaner and a non-abrasive scrubbing pad specifically designed for glass cooktops.
- Important: If sugar or plastic spills onto the cooktop while it is hot, immediately scrape it off with a razor blade scraper (held at a shallow angle) while the surface is still warm. This prevents the material from bonding permanently to the glass as it cools.
