The awatrue EH05-U Wired USB Headset is designed for clear communication and comfortable long-term use. Featuring noise-cancelling microphone technology, it effectively reduces surrounding noise, ensuring your voice is heard clearly in various environments such as online courses, Skype chats, call centers, and remote work setups.

2. Installation

Setting up your awatrue EH05-U headset is straightforward. Follow these steps to begin using your headset.

2.1 Connexion du casque

1. Locate an available USB port on your computer, laptop, tablet, or compatible device.
2. Plug the USB-A connector of the headset into the USB port.
3. Votre système d'exploitation devrait détecter et installer automatiquement les pilotes nécessaires. Cela peut prendre quelques instants.
4. Once installed, the headset will be ready for use. You may need to select the headset as your default audio input and output device in your device's sound settings.

2.2 Réglage pour plus de confort

For optimal comfort during extended use, adjust the headset to fit your head properly.

• Ajustement du bandeau : The headband is adjustable to accommodate different head sizes. Gently slide the earcups up or down until the headset rests comfortably on your head.
• Rotation des oreillettes : The earmuffs are 180° rotatable, allowing them to fit snugly against your ears without causing pressure.
• Positionnement du microphone : The microphone boom can be rotated 270° to position it on either the left or right side, depending on your preference. For best voice pickup, position the microphone approximately two inches (about two finger widths) from your mouth.

3. Mode d'emploi

The in-line control unit provides easy access to essential functions during calls or media playback.

• Commutateur de sourdine du microphone : Press the microphone icon button to mute or unmute your microphone. A red LED indicator will illuminate when the microphone is muted.

• Speaker Mute Switch: Press the speaker icon button to mute or unmute the headphone speakers. A red LED indicator will illuminate when the speakers are muted.

3.2 Utilisation du microphone

The noise-cancelling microphone is designed to focus on your voice while minimizing background distractions.

• Ensure the microphone boom is positioned correctly, about two inches from your mouth, for optimal voice clarity.
• If you experience issues with voice pickup, check that the microphone is not muted via the in-line control or your device's sound settings.

4. Entretien

Proper care and maintenance will extend the lifespan of your awatrue EH05-U headset.

• Nettoyage: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the headset. Do not use liquid cleaners or sprays directly on the headset.
• Stockage: When not in use, store the headset in a clean, dry place, ideally in the complimentary storage bag provided, to protect it from dust and damage.

• Température: Do not expose the headset to extreme temperatures (hot or cold) or high humidity.
