The OEM Portable CD Player (Model: ASC704604AIN02) is designed for listening to audio CDs and FM radio on the go. It features a compact design, anti-skip protection, and programmable track memory. This device operates on batteries and includes a set of stereo earbuds for immediate use.

Installation

Déballage

Carefully remove the CD player and all accessories from the packaging. Verify that all components are present: the portable CD player unit and stereo earbuds.

Powering the Device (Battery Installation)

1. Repérez le compartiment des piles sous le lecteur CD.

3. Insert two (2) AA batteries (not included) into the compartment, ensuring correct polarity (+ and -) as indicated inside the compartment.
4. Fermez soigneusement le couvercle du compartiment à piles.

Note: Always use fresh batteries for optimal performance. Remove batteries if the device will not be used for an extended period.

Connexion des écouteurs

Plug the 3.5mm audio jack of the included stereo earbuds into the headphone jack located on the side of the CD player. Ensure the plug is fully inserted.

Mode d'emploi

Écouter un CD

1. Gently press the "OPEN" button or slide the latch to open the CD compartment lid.
2. Place an audio CD onto the center spindle, label side facing up. Gently press down on the center of the CD until it clicks into place.
3. Fermez fermement le couvercle du compartiment CD jusqu'à ce qu'il se verrouille.
4. Appuyez sur le LECTURE/PAUSE bouton (►/‖) to begin playback. The track number and elapsed time will display on the LCD screen.

6. Pour passer à la piste suivante, appuyez sur la Avancer bouton (►►|). To go back to the beginning of the current track or the previous track, press the PASSER EN ARRIÈRE bouton (|◄◄).
7. Pour arrêter la lecture, appuyez sur le ARRÊT bouton (■).

The player features 60-second anti-skip protection to prevent interruptions during movement. This feature buffers audio data to ensure smooth playback.

Utilisation de la radio FM

1. Ensure no CD is playing.
2. Appuyez sur le MODE button (if available, or power on and it defaults to radio if no CD).
3. Utilisez le RÉGLER or RÉGLAGE buttons (often integrated with skip buttons) to find your desired FM station.
4. Extend the earbud cable as much as possible, as it acts as the FM antenna.

Contrôle du volume

Adjust the volume using the analog volume control dial located on the side or front of the unit. Rotate clockwise to increase volume and counter-clockwise to decrease volume.

Programmable Tracks

This CD player allows you to program up to 20 tracks to play in a specific order.

1. Lorsque le CD est arrêté, appuyez sur PROGRAMME button. The display will show "P01" and flash.

3. Appuyez sur le PROGRAMME button again to confirm the selection. The display will show "P02" and flash.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 to select up to 20 tracks.

Nettoyage

• To clean the CD lens, use a specialized CD lens cleaning kit. Do not touch the lens directly with your fingers or any other material.

Replace batteries when the sound becomes distorted, the display dims, or the unit stops functioning. Refer to the "Powering the Device" section for battery installation instructions.

Stockage

When not in use, store the CD player in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and excessive dust. Remove batteries if storing for an extended period to prevent leakage.
