4.1 Chargement des unités
Both the Transmitter (TX) and Receiver (RX) units have built-in 3.7V lithium batteries. Use the provided USB-C cable to charge them. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours. The Receiver offers ≥6 hours of battery life, and the Transmitter offers ≥5 hours.

4.2 Connexion de l'émetteur (TX)
- Attach the signal antenna to the Mini BNC antenna interface (1).
- Connect your audio source (e.g., mixer, audio interface) to the 3.5mm Audio Input Interface (2) on the Transmitter.
- If desired, attach the transmitter to the included 1/4 bracket (mini tripod) for stable placement.

4.3 Connexion du récepteur (RX)
- Attach the signal antenna to the receiver.
- Plug your in-ear monitors (earphones) into the 3.5mm Headphone Interface (10) on the Receiver.
- Use the Receiver back clip (11) to attach the unit to your belt or clothing for portability.

5. Mode d'emploi
5.1 Mise sous/hors tension
To power on or off both the Transmitter and Receiver, use the respective power switches (3 on TX, 3 on RX, which also controls volume). Turn the switch to the 'ON' position to power on.
5.2 Channel Selection and Quick Match
The EST-12 system offers 20 switchable channels. To ensure optimal signal quality and avoid interference, you can change channels on both the Transmitter and Receiver.
- On the Transmitter (TX), use the CH button to cycle through available channels.
- On the Receiver (RX), use the Channel switch button (7) to select the same channel as the Transmitter.
- The system features a 'Quick Match' function. When the TX and RX are on the same channel, they will automatically synchronize.

5.3 Adjusting Input Gain (TX)
The Transmitter has an input gain switch (8) to adjust the input level from your audio source. This helps prevent distortion and ensures a clear signal. Adjust as needed based on your audio source's output.
5.4 Stereo/Mono Mode Switching (RX)
The Receiver allows you to switch between Stereo and Mono monitoring modes. Use the Receiver stereo/mono switch (9) to toggle between modes based on your preference or the audio signal type.

5.5 Surveillance audio
Once the Transmitter and Receiver are powered on and synchronized on the same channel, you should hear the audio from your source through the connected in-ear monitors. Adjust the volume using the switch/volume control (3) on the Receiver.

5.6 Signal Range
The EST-12 system provides an effective working distance of ≥80 meters in an optimal environment. The general effective distance is 50m, and it can reach 80m or more in open or optimal environments due to stable UHF digital transmission.

6. Entretien
- Entretien de la batterie: For optimal battery longevity, avoid fully discharging the units frequently. Charge them regularly, especially if storing for extended periods.
- Entretien de l'antenne : Handle the antennas carefully to avoid bending or breaking. Ensure they are securely attached during use.
7. Dépannage
Aucun son ou audio intermittent :
- Assurez-vous que l'émetteur et le récepteur sont allumés et complètement chargés.
- Verify that the Transmitter and Receiver are set to the same channel.
- Check all cable connections (audio input to TX, earphones to RX).
- Adjust the input gain on the Transmitter and volume on the Receiver.
- Move closer to the Transmitter to check if it's a range issue.
- Switch to a different channel if you suspect signal interference.
Mauvaise qualité sonore / Distorsion :
- Check the input gain on the Transmitter; if it's too high, it can cause distortion.
- Ensure your audio source is providing a clean signal.
- Verify that the earphones are properly seated and functioning.
- Try switching to a different channel to avoid interference.
Unités non appariées :
- Assurez-vous que les deux unités sont sous tension.
- Confirm that both units are set to the exact same channel.
- Power cycle both units (turn off, then on again) and attempt to pair.

9. Conseils d'utilisation
- Portée optimale : While the system can reach up to 80m in open environments, for critical monitoring, try to stay within 50m for the most stable connection.
- La gestion des canaux: If you experience any signal dropouts or interference, immediately try switching to a different channel on both the Transmitter and Receiver. The 20 available channels provide flexibility.
- Alimentation externe: Both units can be powered by an external power bank, which is useful for extending operation time during long sessions.
- Earphone Upgrade: While the included earphones provide good basic monitoring, some users may find that upgrading to higher-quality in-ear monitors can further enhance the sound experience.
- Mixer Connection: When connecting to a mixer, ensure the mixer's output level is appropriate for the EST-12's 3.5mm input to avoid overdriving the signal. Adjust the input gain on the transmitter accordingly.
