FORCASE D9Q Action Camera

Thank you for purchasing a sports camera. Before using this product, please carefully read this manual and all safety instructions. Please keep the manual for future reference.

Warning

1. Ensure camera safety and prevent accidental drops or falls.
2. Please place the camera away from strong magnetic interference objects (such as motors) to avoid potential damage to the product and potential impact on sound or image quality caused by strong radio waves.
3. Avoid exposing the camera directly to high temperatures and strong sunlight.
4. For optimal performance, please use a high-quality Micro SD card (Class 10 or above).
5. To prevent data errors, please avoid placing Micro SD cards near strong magnetic objects.
6. If the device overheats, emits smoke, or produces an unpleasant odor, immediately disconnect the power outlet to prevent any potential fire hazards.
7. Please keep the camera out of reach of children when charging.
8. Please store the device in a cool, dry, and dust-free place.

Start getting started

• Power on: Press and hold the M key for 1 second.
• Shutdown: Press and hold the power button again for 1 second.

FUNCTIONAL OVERVIEW

1.  When the video playback icon Appear on the screen, press the camera/confirm button to start recording. At this time, the work indicator light is flashing blue, indicating that video recording is in progress. Press the camera/confirm button again to stop recording, the blue indicator light stops flashing, indicating the end of recording。
2. When taking a photo icon camera/confirm button to take a photo.
   • In video preview mode, click the up or down arrow keys to zoom in or out digitally, click the M key to enter video mode, and click the up or down arrow keys to switch modes
   • Recording mode: regular recording/slow shooting/loop recording/time-lapse recording/WIFI/system settings
   • In the photo preview mode, click the up or down arrow keys to zoom in or out digitally, click the M key twice to enter the photo mode, and click the up or down arrow keys to switch modes
   • Photography modes: regular photography/automatic
   • Photo Mode：photography/continuous photography/timed photography/WIFI/system settings

Library click Icon , enter video playback preview mode. Select the video to be played back, press the camera button to play/pause, press the M button to return, and long press the camera button to select delete the file. clickIcon , enter photo playback preview mode.
Select the photo you want to view, press the photo button to zoom in, press the M button to return, long press the photo button to select delete file.
Long press the down arrow key to switch to the front small screen, and long press again to switch back to the large screen.

Insert memory card 
Please format the memory card (Class 10, maximum capacity 256GB) on your computer and carefully insert it into the storage card slot on the camera.

Battery charging

1. Use the included USB cable to connect the camera to a computer, power bank, or power adapter to charge the built-in battery.
2. If you are in the car, you can connect the camera to the car charger to charge it.
3. The camera can be charged in recording mode.

• When turned on, the work indicator light is blue.
• During the charging process, the charging indicator light will remain red. Once the camera is fully charged, the charging indicator light will turn off.

digital zoom
In video or photo mode, press the up arrow key to zoom in or the down arrow key to zoom out. The zoom magnification includes 1.0X, 1.5X, 2.0X, 2.5X, 3.0X, 3.5X, 4.0X, 4.5X, and 5.0X.

Connecting a computer

• Connect the camera to the PC using the included USB-C cable and turn on the camera. The camera screen will display four modes: USB drive mode, USB camera mode, working mode, and charging mode. Press the up and down keys to select the desired mode.
• USB mode: Press the camera/confirm button to enter USB mode, allowing videos and photos to be played on the PC.
• USB camera mode: Press the camera/confirm button to enter USB camera mode, and the camera will be used as a computer camera.
• Working mode: Press the camera/confirm button to enter camera mode, where the camera is charging and can be used normally.
• Charging mode: Press the camera/confirm button to enter charging mode, which will shut down and only charge the camera.

Wi-Fi Application Connection: Wi Fi applications allow you to remotely control your camera using a smartphone or tablet. It provides complete camera control, real-time preview, playback, selective content sharing, and other functions.

Connect SupCam Pro app

1. Please download the SupCam Pro application from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, or scan the QR code below to download.
2. After turning on the device, long press the up arrow key to activate the Wi Fi function.
3. On your mobile device, enable Wi Fi and connect to the camera screen and the Wi Fi name displayed on the mobile device.
4. When your mobile device prompts for a password, please enter the WIFI password prompted on the device.
5. Open the “SupCam Pro” application on your smartphone or tablet.
6. Click on “Enter Preview” within the app.

Note: To turn off the Wi Fi function, click the up arrow key.
