The Manual Boot Scrubber (MBS | MBS-C) is designed for sanitizing footwear at transition zones. It is intended for use with fully protective footwear only. The unit includes components such as a straight handle, debris shield, boot scrubber base, side brush, sole brush, and debris tray.
Usage Instruction
Installation Instructions
- Select a suitable location for the unit.
- Attach the handle by sliding it into the boot scrubber base and fasten it with bolts on both ends.
- Tighten the bolts and lock nuts on both sides to secure the handle.
- Connect the debris shield by sliding hooks into slots on the back of the boot scrubber frame. Note: Remove brushes before installing/uninstalling the debris shield.
- Slide the debris tray under the boot scrubber base and lift it to hook into the front slots of the boot scrubber frame for secure placement.
- If desired, the unit can be securely installed on the floor (mounting hardware not included).
Operating Instructions
- Grip the handle above the manual boot scrubber with both hands to establish 3 points of contact.
- Place one foot in the brush and move it back and forth to remove debris. Repeat with the other foot.

Maintaining Your Unit
To keep your unit operating properly, perform the following daily maintenance procedures:
- Remove brushes by lifting them out from the brush bracket. Remove debris and clean.
- Brushes should be replaced every 6 months depending on wear.
- Slide out the debris tray. Empty debris and wipe clean.
- The base assembly of the unit is fully stainless and can be cleaned in place by method suitable for stainless steel.

Using Your Unit
Installation Instructions
- Select the desired location to place the unit.
- Attach handle (a) by sliding it into the boot scrubber base (b). Fasten with bolts on both ends.
- Secure the handle by tightening the bolt and lock nut on both sides.
- Connect debris shield (c) by sliding hooks into slots on the back of the boot scrubber frame
Note: Brushes must be removed before installing/ uninstalling debris shields. - Slide debris tray (d) under the boot scrubber base (b). Lift up and hook the tray into the front slots of the boot scrubber frame to secure.
- If desired, the unit is designed for secure floor installation. Mounting hardware not included
