INFRA-STRUCTURE
Groundbreaking lighting system designed by Vincent Van Duysen for surface installation on ceiling with rigid and adjustable rods.
In the new proposal, beside the successful “On Board Dimmer” version, FLOS goes one step beyond, launching both track and luminaries designed for system management in a variety of options: DALI, 1-10V and Casambi.
Both profile version are manufactured with aluminium profiling extruded in white or black, provided with electric tracks powered at 48V.
The system controlled versions (DALI, 1-10V) are also equipped with graphite data bus for regulation.
The LED light fixtures are installed by means of a magnetic fixture system with mechanical safety fastening.
The light fixtures product group is composed of accent lighting modules with different optics, direct and indirect light ambient lighting systems and decorative light fixtures with the distinctive Flos design.
All light fixtures are available with potentiometer incorporated, dimmable DALI, 1-10V and Casambi to adjust the light intensity.
Control
- For installation of “On Board Dimmer” fixtures use “On Board Dimmer” track version.
Luminaries DALI and 1-10V are only compatible with track DALI and 1-10V.
Casambi luminaires can be installed on all profiles available in the system. - To manage using DALI protocol, it is necessary to connect the control data bus directly to the profile.
- For 1-10V management, the control system must be active and the data bus must be connected directly to the profile. In this case, regulation will be uniform in all the connected luminaires.
- For Casambi management (Max. 200 luminaires) it is mandatory to use fixtures in the Casambi version, these are compatible with all profiles available in the system.
For managing and controlling the Casambi system, the FLOS Control® app powered by Casambi for mobile devices is necessary (available in the Apple Store and Google Play).
Maximum number of track interconnections to guarantee the communication of the DALI or 1-10V signal: 20 interconnections.

PROFILES
Profiles
Tubular electromagnetic profile for surface installation in ceilings through rigid and adjustable rods (25 mm). Not adjustable rigid rods available on request.
Profiles and closure terminals are available in version compatible with luminaries “on board dimmer” and versions compatible with system controlled luminaries (DALI, 1-10V, FLOS Control by Casambi).
Tubular profiles available in two lengths: 1055 mm (1100 mm separation between rods) and 1555 mm (1600 mm separation between rods).
The closure terminals will also be electrified and must be ordered separately.
Mechanical and electrical rods are the same for the two profile versions and they are all available in multiple lengths (100, 300, 400, 700mm).
Different versions of fastening rods:
- Mechanic rod with a Ø50 or Ø140 connection rose: to fasten profiles.
- Electrical rod with a Ø50 connection rose: a supply rod for remote installation of the power supply in an accessible place.
- Electrical rod with a Ø140 connection rose: a supply rod for remote installation of the power supply through the connection rose.
- Data connection rod with a Ø50 or Ø140 connection rose: for connection to DALI or 1-10V bus signal.
- Aluminium stencil to mark the points for installing the rods available as separate item.

Wireless Dimmer Bridge. From 1-10V to Casambi. For remote installation. See product specifications in the Flos Control manual. Recommended to act as a gateway from Lutron to Casambi.
Multifunction Smart Device.
Triple functionality 3×1: Casambi signal repeater, light sensor and presence detector.
FLOS Control® by Casambi.
For the sizing of the installation keep a safety margn of 15% of the maximum power of the LED power source.
An active control system (SOURCE) is required and the data bus must be connected directly to the profile. For passive systems (SINK), a Dimming BOX Control unit is required (located between the control unit and the profile).
