STEP 3
- Connect the Slide Rail (2) to the Main Frame (1): Line up the hole of the Main Frame (1) with the hole of the Slide Rail (2). Insert the Hexagon Socket Head Screw (93) through the aligned holes, attach the Flat Washer (91) and Lock Nut (89), then tighten and secure them using the Hexagon Spanner (95) and Open Spanner (85).
- Align the hole of the Main Frame (part 1) with the hole of the Slide Rail (2). Thread the Ball-Headed Pin (51) through it until it reaches the end.

WARM UP INSTRUCTIONS
Before the workout, it’s advisable to perform stretch-ing warmup to prevent injuries. Warmed-up muscles stretch more easily, so spend the first 5 to 10 minutes warming up.

slowly lean forward to relax your back and shoulders, attempting to touch your toes with your hands. Hold for 10 to 15 seconds, then relax. Repeat three times (see Figure 1).

- Hamstring stretch: Sit on a clean surface with
one leg straight. Bring the other leg inward, close to the straight leg, and try to touch your toes with your hand. Hold for 10 to 15 seconds, then relax. Repeat for each leg three times (see Figure 2).

- Stretch for legs and feet tendons: Stand with one foot against a wall or tree, keeping the leg straight and the heel tilted towards the wall or tree. Hold for 10 to 15 seconds, then relax. Repeat for each leg three times (see Figure 3).

- Quadriceps stretch: Use a wall or table for balance, reaching your right hand back to grasp your right foot, pulling it slowly towards your buttocks until you feel tension in the front thigh muscles. Hold for 10 to 15 seconds, then relax. Repeat for each leg three times (see Figure 4).

- Sartorius muscle (inner thigh muscles) stretch: Sit down with your feet facing each
other, knees outward. Grasp your feet and pull them towards your groin. Hold for 10 to 15 seconds, then relax. Repeat three times (see Figure 5).
