Product Usage Instructions
Before Assembly
- Choose a clear area for assembly.
- Ensure you have all the tools provided and those you need to provide ready.
Assembly Instructions
- Lay out the cardboard box and blankets as a work area.
- Cut open the bubble wrap from the flat ends of the 2 pieces of flume but leave the wrap for protection.
- Apply a continuous bead of sealant to the top side of the connecting faces of the flume pieces.
- Align the holes and hand tighten all bolts.
- Tighten all bolts and nuts using a 13mm wrench.
- Insert and stand the slide right side up.
- Align and insert handrails, tightening bolts as you go.
- Install ladder rungs with bolts, hand tighten, and then use a wrench to tighten further.
- Insert upper leg bolts into receivers on the fiberglass where vertical legs seat and tighten.
- Bolt ladder anchors into the bottom of the ladder tubes.
- Install leg anchors and foot as instructed.
- If needed, drill pilot holes and install self-tapping screws for stability.
FAQ
- Q: How should I tighten the bolts during assembly?
- A: Hand tighten all bolts initially, then use a 13mm wrench to tighten them further. Be careful not to over tighten to avoid cracking the fiberglass.
- Q: What should I do if the deck is not level?
- A: If the deck is not level, or the feet/anchors do not touch the ground, drill a 3/16 pilot hole and install self-tapping screws on each side of the leg tube for stability.
Before Assembly
Be sure to lay a clean blanket, bubble wrap or cardboard beneath the fiberglass components to avoid damage. Check that all parts, hardware, and necessary tools are present.
Find someone that can assist you. Assembly will require two people.
- The ANSI/NSPI-4 2007 standard for above ground pools prohibits the use of slides or diving boards on above ground pools. As a result, this slide is designed for residential in-ground pool use ONLY. This slide may not be used on any above ground pool. Such use of this slide may lead to serious injury or death. Additionally, this slide should never be installed on ponds, floating docks or platforms, boat docks, houseboats, commercial/public/semi-public pools or on any natural body of water.
- Be familiar with the shape and depth of the pool before you slide. This slide should only be used with the proper water safety envelope, as described in diagrams and in accordance with the slide positioning instructions.
- Because the slide may only be used in water 4 feet deep or greater, all slide users must be able to swim in deep water.
- The weight limit for this slide is 200 pounds.
- The surface of the slide is very slippery when wet; USE CAUTION when entering the slide and when transitioning from standing to sitting.
- Slide in a foot first position ONLY. Sliding headfirst can lead to serious spinal injury resulting in paralysis or death.
- Always maintain adult supervision.
- Ensure that the water delivery system is on and lubricating the slide prior to use.
- Collision with another swimmer or a diver can result in serious injury or death. Before sliding, always make sure that the path in front of the slide is clear of any visible or submerged obstructions, especially other swimmers.
- When a diving board is also present, do not use the slide while someone is on or using a diving board.
- No roughhousing or horseplay is acceptable on the slide at any time.
- Do not stand, jump, or dive from any part of the slide.
- Do not slide on objects such as rafts or inner tubes; doing so greatly increases your risk of injury.
- Only one person at a time is allowed on the slide; this includes the ladder.
- Do not slide through or at objects such as rafts or inner tubes; doing so greatly increases your risk of injury.
- Do not use this slide if physically impaired or handicapped without your doctor’s permission.
- Do not use this slide if you have a history of heart conditions, seizures, back problems, fainting or fear of heights.
- Do NOT use this slide if you are pregnant.
- Do NOT drink alcohol and use this slide.
- Inspect the slide at least once a year for any signs of wear or damage.
- Do not use the slide if any part becomes loose, damaged, weakened or broken. If necessary, have it inspected and repaired by a competent professional familiar with pool slides.

TOOLS YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE
Assembly Instructions
- Choose a clear area, lay out the cardboard box and blankets as a work area
- Cut open the bubble wrap from the flat ends of the 2 pieces of flume, but leave the wrap in place for protection.
- Lay 2 pieces of the flume upside down (slide part down against the blanket)
- Apply a continuous bead of sealant to top side of the connecting faces.
- Align the holes, insert bolts “L”, and hand tighten all of the nuts.
- Once all bolts are in place, tighten up bolts and nuts using a 13mm wrench. Be careful not to over tighten and crack the fiberglass.
- Insert slide legs ”C, D, E, F” and
- Stand the slide right side up
- Align the handrail “B” at the top, placing a plastic spacer between the rail and fiberglass to prevent scratching.
- Insert the upper bolts “H” with metal washer facing upward, through the fiberglass and into the handrail tube. Get the bolt started, but wait to tighten until all bolts are in place.
- Insert bolts with metal washer “I” into the handrail through the metal seat, ladder tube, fiberglass, and plastic washer.
- Get the bolt started, but wait to tighten until all bolts are in place.
- Install the remaining 4 bolts “G” to connect the handrail to the legs. All the handrail bolts should now be tightened.
- Install ladder rungs (treads) with bolts “J”, inserting washers under the nut. Hand tighten only.
- Once all screws are in position and hand tight, tighten them using a wrench.
- Insert upper leg bolts “K” into the receivers on the fiberglass where the vertical legs seat and tighten
- Bolt the 2 ladder anchors “N” into the bottom of the ladder tubes “A” using bolts “K”
- 2 Front and Left leg anchor “M” (3pcs) Insert 3 Leg Anchors “M” into the 2 front “E”/“F” legs and 1 left-inside “D” leg. Insert the “warped” foot “W” into the outside middle leg “C”
- Middle Right anchor “W” (1pc)
Note: All 3 “M” anchors are same: 2 for the front “E” and “F”, and 1 for the left side of the slide “D”. 2 angled anchors “N” are for the ladder; 1 wavy anchor is for the right side of the slide “C”
(middle leg, right side, looking down the slide from the top).
If the deck is not level, or the feet/anchors do not touch the ground, drill a 3/16 pilot hole, and install self-tapping screws on each side of the leg tube. Move the feet up and down and drill at the appropriate location.
Installtion
- Pilot drill the holes using the 3/16” drill bit “CC”
- Install screws “Q” using the 10mm nut tip “DD”
- Insert water sprayer “R” and silicone washer on top of slide. Hand tighten the retainer nut beneath the slide.
- Insert hose to sprayer and tighten the clamp.
- Glue the adapter into the 1” valve using PVC glue, then glue the valve into your water supply to control flow.
- Attach the water hose to the adapter, and feed through the middle hole on the flume joint. install the clamp.
Install Safety Stickers
- Mark and drill the concrete using drill bit “P”
- Drop in the anchor sleeve ”V”
- Screw and tighten the anchor lag bolts “U”
- Position the slide as per drawings.
- Drill and anchor using high quality fasteners, ensuring all anchors are tightened well. Use best practices for fastening to the surface your slide is installed on.
- Turn on the water supply and adjust spray so pool does not lose much water.
- Be safe and ENJOY.
WATER SAFETY ENVELOPE
A minimum water depth of three feet (3) under the exit of the slide which increases to a depth of four feet (4′) at point A which is located four feet six inches (46″) from the back wall of the pool. A minimum depth of four feet (4) must be maintained at a distance of nine feet along the center line of the slide from point A. The above described water depth profile shall extend a minimum of three feet three inches (33″) on either side of the centerline of the side. (See Diagrams A, B & C)
FIBROSLIDE LIMITED FACTORY WARRANTY
Fibropool Co. LLC warrants this Pool Slide, to the original owner, to be free of material and workmanship defects for a limited ONE (1) year term. Specific warranty terms are listed below This warranty will begin on the day of the purchase, verified by the homeowner’s proof of purchase documents.
The full warranty term includes parts only to repair or replace defective components or failure due to workmanship, CLAIMS FOR WARRANTY REIMBURSEMENT MUST HAVE PRIOR AUTHORIZATION BY FIBROPOOL. warranty does not cover transportation charges for equipment or component parts to and from the factory.
This warranty is applicable only if the unit’s installation and operation is expressly and completely followed in accordance with the purchased model’s Owner/ Installation manual. These documents are furnished with each unit and are available by contacting the Fibropool Co. LLC. The liability of Fibropool Co. LLC shall not exceed the repair or the replacement of defective parts under the referenced year exclusion, ONE (1) year limited term and shall not include transportation to or from the Fibropool Service Center. Fibropool Co. LLC is not liable for any damages of any sort whatsoever, including incidental and consequential
This warranty does not include damage to any mtemal piping or components due to freezing conditions, negligence and abuse, installations in corrosive environments or atmospheres nor acts of God.
