راه اندازی
1. نصب باتری
The Arboleaf Smart Scale requires 1 AAA battery (included). Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the scale. Insert the battery, ensuring correct polarity as indicated inside the compartment. Close the battery cover securely.

Place the scale on a hard, flat surface for accurate readings. Avoid placing it on soft surfaces like carpets or rugs, as this can affect measurement precision.

1. Weighing without the App
After inserting batteries, the scale is ready for basic weight measurement. Simply step onto the scale to turn it on. The display will show "0.00" or "0.0" and then your weight. Step off the scale, and it will automatically turn off after a few seconds.
2. Weighing with the App (Data Synchronization)
Ensure your smartphone's Bluetooth is enabled and the Arboleaf app is open. Step onto the scale. The scale will automatically connect to the app via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi (2.4GHz). Your weight and other body composition data will sync directly to your app profile. Remain still on the scale until the measurement is complete and the digits flash two to three times.

3. Understanding Your Body Metrics
The Arboleaf app provides 14 accurate body data points, including body weight, body fat %, visceral fat, body water %, muscle mass, bone mass, BMR, BMI, metabolic age, protein, and subcutaneous fat. These metrics offer a detailed overview of your health status, helping you to adjust your fitness plan effectively.

4. Tracking Progress
The Arboleaf app allows you to view your daily, weekly, and monthly progress through intuitive graphs and reports. This feature helps you visualize trends and stay motivated on your fitness journey.

تعمیر و نگهداری
- تمیز کردن: سطح ترازو را با تبلیغ پاک کنیدamp پارچه و مواد شوینده ملایم. از پاک کننده های ساینده استفاده نکنید و ترازو را در آب فرو نبرید.
- ذخیره سازی: ترازو را در جای خشک و خنک نگهداری کنید. از دمای شدید یا نور مستقیم خورشید دور نگه دارید.
- تعویض باتری: وقتی نشانگر باتری کم روی صفحه نمایش ظاهر شد، باتریها را تعویض کنید.
عیب یابی
