The radiator thermostat is powered by two AA batteries (not included). To install:

Follow these steps to install the TRV onto your radiator valve:
- Identify the type of radiator valve you have.
- Select the appropriate adapter (RA, RAV-L, or RAV) from the accessory bag if needed.
- Attach the adapter to your existing radiator valve.
- Screw the ZigBee 3.0 TRV onto the adapter or directly onto the M30 * 1.5 thread of your radiator valve until secure.
3.3 Connecting to a Tuya ZigBee Wireless Gateway Hub
A Tuya ZigBee wireless gateway hub is essential for the smart features of this TRV. It acts as a central point to connect the TRV with other ZigBee intelligent products and enables remote control and voice commands.

To connect your TRV:
- Ensure your Tuya ZigBee wireless gateway hub is powered on and connected to your WiFi router.
- Open the Tuya / Smart Life App on your smartphone.
- Add your gateway to the App if you haven't already.
- Follow the App's instructions to add the radiator actuator (TRV) to your gateway. This typically involves putting the TRV into pairing mode (refer to the TRV's display for pairing indicators).

4.4 باز کردن تشخیص پنجره
The TRV features an intelligent open window detection function. If the room temperature suddenly drops below a predefined threshold (indicating an open window), the valve will automatically close for 15 minutes to prevent energy waste. After this period, if the temperature remains below the threshold, the valve will stay closed. This feature helps in maintaining energy efficiency.
