Flip Key Blade Pin Removal Tool Kit
This tool kit is designed to assist in the removal and
replacement of key blades in flip keys.

Product Usage Instructions
- Remove your original key blade from the case (search your
vehicle’s make of key on YouTube for instructions on how to take
apart the key case). - Place the key blade on a piece of cardboard or something
similar. - Put the car key blade pin punch (choose the correct size first)
on top of the pin. - Gently tap the pin until it comes out using a small hammer (do
not whack it or use a large hammer). - Remove the original key blade.
- Repeat the process on the new key blade.
- Put the original key blade into the new silver knuckle piece
(the piece the new blade came out of). - Put the pin into the hole of the pin holding tool and put the
magnet at the end (near the pin) to hold it in place. - Locate the hole in the silver knuckle and gently tap the pin in
so it locates and sits in the hole. - Remove the pin holding tool.
- Tap the rest of the pin using the pin punch.
- Congratulations, you should have successfully changed the
original key blade, and you can now put the key back together.
