The VIAVI FSTOTDR-PRO-I-APC SmartOTDR, with a broadband power meter, VFL and integrated CW light source, features an increased dynamic range 37/35dB at 1310/1550nm wavelengths. PON optimized to test through a 1×128 splitter, this lightweight fiber tester is used for automated fiber inspection, point-to-point access and metro fiber networks characterization, OTDR measurements, optical loss testing, macrobend detection and visual fault location. It has a 5” high-visibility outdoor touchscreen, 10,000 OTDR traces storage, and SC/APC connector. With 3G/4G connectivity via USB, Bluetooth, and WiFi you can easily share measurement reports in .pdf format generated onboard by FastReport.
The SmartOTDR Pro test kit includes a hands-free soft case with neck strap, stylus for capacitive touch screen, rechargeable lithium-polymer battery (up to 20 hours of operation), Smart TEST OTDR App, and Expert OTDR App. 3-Year Warranty.

TDR-1000 Multi-Function SM Mini Pro OTDR, 1310/1550nm
The OTDR-1000 Mini Pro OTDR is designed for evaluating FTTx and access network construction and maintenance. This versatile device will quickly map fiber optic cables, identify fiber breakpoints, measure cable length, and calculate relative optical power losses. It offers 8 functions for testing and evaluating fiber optic and network cables. The OTDR has a 3.5” color LCD screen, 600 MB internal storage with MicroSD/TF card slot for additional memory and built-in rechargeable lithium-ion battery. It can be charged or connected to a computer for data transfer via included micro-USB cable. The OTDR-1000 comes in a shock-proof and drop-proof rubberized hard plastic case. Also included: FC, SC and LC (PC/ UPC) OTDR adapters for fiber optic cables, downloadable software, power cord with plug adapters, alcohol wipes and instruction manual.
