Set Up The Device
Before setting up the device, make sure you’ve completed the setup of the HomeBase.
- Download the eufy app, and sign in or create an account.

- Tap the + icon on the home screen, and you can either:
a. Scan the QR code on the device, or
b. Select Alarm System > eufy Panic Button E10 in the Device Family, and follow in-app instructions to complete the setup.
Press the SOS button for 2 seconds until the LED blinks blue when pairing.

Test The Device
Press the SOS button for 2 seconds, and the LED blinks red twice. An event will be displayed in the app.
You can either carry the panic button with you, or use the 3M adhesive to stick it to an easily accessible location, such as by your bed or in the living room.

SOS
To trigger the alarm, press the SOS button for 2 seconds, the LED will flash red quickly twice.
The eufy app will report an event, and an alarm will be triggered.

Recommendations
- Carry on a Keychain, Lanyard, or Clip-on Belt – Ensure quick access in emergencies. Easy access without risk of misplacement.
- Choose a Discreet or Wearable Option – Wristbands, pendants, or pocket-sized models improve accessibility.
- Ensure Reliable Connectivity – Use the product within the communication range of the HomeBase, and test regularly to ensure reliable connectivity.
- Test the Button Periodically – Verify it functions properly to avoid failures in emergencies.
LED Indication
Blinking Blue: Pair Mode.
Solid Blue for 5 seconds: Paired / Connected to the network successfully.
Red flashes twice quickly: Press any of the function buttons for 2 seconds, and operation is successful.
Red flashes every 60 seconds: Low battery.
Flashing Red and Blue alternately: Reset Mode or during OTA.
Red and Blue flashes alternately twice: Offline / Communication failed.
Replacing The Battery
Regularly check the battery level and replace when needed.
- Twist the battery cover to the [–] position (as shown in Figure 2) with a coin.

- Remove the cover and replace with a new CR2032 battery (Figure 3 & 4).

- Put the cover back in place, and twist the battery cover to the [|] position with a coin (Figure 5 & 6).

Factory Reset
Press the SOS button for 10 seconds to reset the device.
