Function

Binding process
With 4 x AA batteries installed inside the transmitter (TR) hold the ‘ENT’ (Enter) button switch on. The four LED lights on the front panel will light solid red and you will hear a buzzing sound ‘B-B-B…’ It is now in the binding status. Next power on the model and receiver (RX). The RX LED green light will flash slowly. Now move the RX close to the TR and press the white bind button on the RX until the LED green light flashes quickly several times and then settles to a slow flash.

This now confirms that binding has been successful. Turn off the TR, the turn back on again. The RX LED green light will now be solid and the set-up complete.

Caution
Make sure the RX and TX are within one metre of one another.

Despite being within effective distance if you find the RX LED green light flashes for no reason then the RX may be starting anti-interference and automatically entering the S’F mode. If this happens, you only need to provide the RX a control signal, such as moving the TR throttle or ST steering sticks and the RX will be connected again.

Servo Direction
Press the “EXT” or “ENT” button for 2 seconds and the buzzer will sound “B”.
The servo direction for the throttle (TH) or steering (ST) has now been reversed.

Fail Safe Setup (F/S)
This function is to protect your model when the signal becomes weak or is lost. Failsafe will automatically put the throttle (TH) in a neutral position.
The F/S is set inside the receiver.

With electric powered models the F/S is set in the RX, no need to set.

For nitro powered models, pull the TH stick back to the brake position keeping the RX white F/S button pressed until the green flashing LED goes solid. Release the white button and the F/S function will be set successfully. If you have to re-bind the RX to the TX, then the nitro model F/S will need to be reset.

3rd and 4th Channel Option
These are ideal for using extra functions on your model such as a servo operated 2-speed transmission, winch or LED lighting. The 4th channel has a three-step toggle switch for potentially cycling through a plug in option feature.

Important Notice
Please do not forcefully move the sticks in the direction of the red indicators.
The radio is a converted flight radio and for the purpose of use with surface models only.
The sticks are fixed into the position and the internals can be damaged If the sticks are forced in the wrong direction, voiding any warranty.
