Product Usage Instructions
- Power Switch
- Toggle the side power switch to turn the keyboard on/off.
- Pairing Mode Auto Reconnect
- Press + for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode. The Bluetooth indicator will flash blue. If not connected within 5 minutes, the pairing mode will turn off. When turned on for 5 seconds, the keyboard will automatically attempt to reconnect with the last paired device.

- Standby Mode
- After 30 seconds of inactivity, the keyboard backlight will turn off automatically. If the keyboard remains unused for 30 minutes, it will enter standby mode. Press any key to wake up the keyboard.
- Backlight Settings
- Press + cmd to adjust the backlight brightness and cycle through the levels: Off, Low, Medium (default), High.
- Trackpad Control
- Press + to enable or disable the trackpad.
- Factory Reset
- Press and hold + + for 3 seconds. All indicators will flash to indicate that the factory reset is complete.

Troubleshooting Guide
If the keyboard stops working, follow these steps:
- Ensure the keyboard power is turned on.
- If the keyboard is out of battery (below 20%), charge it using the original charging cable.
- If the connection is unstable, restart the keyboard. If the problem persists, disconnect the keyboard from your device list and follow the pairing instructions to reconnect your keyboard.

Troubleshooting Guide
If the keyboard stops working, please check the following:
- Ensure the keyboard power is turned on.
- If the keyboard is out of battery (below 20%), charge the keyboard using the original charging cable.
- If the connection is unstable, restart the keyboard. If the problem persists, disconnect the keyboard by going to your iPad’s Settings and removing “ESR Shift Keyboard” from the device list. Follow the pairing instructions to reconnect your keyboard.
If the keyboard remains unresponsive, repeat the steps above. If you are still experiencing problems, contact our customer service for further assistance.
Reminder
- This keyboard has a built-in polymer rechargeable battery that lasts for weeks of normal use. The battery has no memory effect and can be charged at any time.
- When not using the keyboard for an extended time, turn it off to prevent power drain and prolong battery life.
