Important Safety Information
Read all instructions before use. This appliance is not intended for use by children. Keep out of reach of children. Do not immerse the base, cord, or plug in water or any liquid. Do not operate if the cord or plug is damaged. Do not use outdoors or for commercial purposes. Do not use for anything other than intended use. Avoid deep frying. Ensure the lid is properly sealed before pressure cooking. Use caution when releasing steam; wear oven mitts. Do not overfill the cooking pot (max 2/3 full, or 1/2 for expanding foods like rice). Ensure the steam release valve is clear. Never place body parts over the steam release valve. Do not operate without food or liquid in the pot. Replace the sealing ring only as recommended. Do not move the appliance while it is operating. Do not open the lid until pressure has fully released and the appliance has cooled. Always open the lid away from you to avoid steam burns. Do not use for pressure frying. Do not immerse the appliance in water. Do not use the cooking pot for food storage or in the freezer. Use only mild detergents for cleaning. Always connect the power cord to the appliance first, then to the wall socket. Unplug when not in use, before assembly/disassembly, and before cleaning. Allow the appliance to cool before cleaning. Do not let the power cord hang over edges or touch hot surfaces. Exercise extreme caution when moving the appliance with hot liquids. Use only manufacturer-recommended accessories. Do not place on wet surfaces or near heat sources. Do not cook directly in the heating base; use only the removable cooking pot. Spilled food can cause severe burns. Keep the appliance and cord away from children. Do not run the cord under countertops or use an extension cord. Do not connect or operate without the cooking pot. For household use only. Maintain a clearance of 152 mm from walls and all sides. Always use on a dry, stable, level surface.

Main Unit
- A. Power Cord: Connects the appliance to the power supply.

- START/STOP Button: Starts or stops the cooking cycle.
- TEMP/PRESSURE Button: Adjusts temperature or pressure.
- TURBO PRESSURE Button: Activates the Turbo Pressure function.
Lid Components
- P. Sealing Ring: Creates a seal for pressure cooking.
- Q. Steam Release Valve Cover: Protects the steam release valve.
- R. Gasket: Part of the lid seal.
- S. Float Valve: Indicator for pressure status.
- T. Plastic Spoon: For stirring or serving.
- U. Steaming Rack: For steaming food above the liquid.
- V. Sous Vide Rack: For holding food during sous vide cooking.
Getting Started
- Remove all packaging, paper, and cardboard.
- Read and retain all printed materials, including service and warranty information.
- Assembly: Place the cooking pot into the heating base. Place the lid onto the multi-cooker and align the symbols. To lock, turn the lid counter-clockwise until it clicks into the LOCKED position. Ensure the lid is properly sealed.
- Connect the supplied power cord to the multi-cooker's socket, then to the wall socket. The appliance will beep, and the display will show four dashes (----).

Operating the Multi-Cooker
General Operation
- Place food and liquid into the cooking pot.
- Close and lock the lid by aligning the symbols and turning counter-clockwise until locked.
- Turn the steam release knob to the 'Seal' position for pressure cooking.
- Select the desired cooking function using the function buttons.
- Adjust the cooking time and pressure/temperature using the +/- buttons as needed. Refer to cooking charts for guidance.
- Press the START/STOP button. The display will show 'HEAt' during pre-heating. Once heated, the selected time will appear, and status lights will illuminate.
- After the set cooking time, the multi-cooker will beep and automatically switch to KEEP WARM mode. The display will show a new timer counting down from 4:00 (4 hours). After 4 hours in KEEP WARM, the appliance will turn off.
- To stop the cooking function at any time, press the START/STOP button.
- After cooking, unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
Delay Timer Function
This function allows you to set the appliance to start cooking later. Note: The DELAY function is not available for BROWN/SAUTÉ, KEEP WARM, YOGURT, SIMMER, or SOUS VIDE settings. Do not use with perishable ingredients like meat, fish, eggs, or dairy.
- After setting the cooking time, press the DELAY TIMER button. The display will show '0:30' and the DELAY TIMER and START/STOP buttons will flash.
- Use the +/- buttons to set the desired delay time (hours and minutes).
- Press START/STOP to initiate the delay. The DELAY TIMER light will stop flashing, and the START/STOP button will flash. The appliance will count down the delay time.
- Once the delay time reaches 0:00, the appliance will proceed to the cooking cycle, showing 'HEAt' during pre-heating.
Pressure Cooking
Ensure the multi-cooker is on a flat surface. Place the cooking pot in the heating base. Plug into the wall socket. The display will show '----'.
- Add food and liquid to the cooking pot. Ensure a minimum of 250 ml of liquid is used for pressure cooking functions.
- Close and lock the lid.
- Turn the steam release knob to 'Seal'.
- Select a cooking function.
- Adjust time and pressure as needed.
- Press START/STOP. The appliance will pre-heat ('HEAt'), then cook for the set time. Pressure build-up typically takes 5-30 minutes.
- Upon completion, the appliance enters KEEP WARM mode.
Turbo Pressure Function
This function reduces the selected cooking time by 40%. It can be used with STEAM, RICE/GRAINS, BEANS/CHILI, MEAT/POULTRY, SOUP/STEW, and MANUAL settings. It cannot be used with non-pressure settings or low pressure.
- Select function, set time and pressure.
- Press the TURBO PRESSURE button. The display time will decrease by 40% and show 'turbo'.
- Press START/STOP.
Pressure Release Methods
After cooking, pressure must be released before opening the lid.
- Natural Release: Allow the appliance to cool naturally. After at least 10 minutes, turn the steam release knob to 'Release'. Steam will escape. Wait until no more steam is visible and the lid can be lifted easily.
- Quick Release: Carefully turn the steam release knob to 'Release'. Steam will vent rapidly. Do not place hands or face over the valve. This method is suitable for liquid-based dishes but not for rice. Wait until no more steam is visible and the lid can be lifted easily.

Slow Cook Function
This function does not use pressure but may build slight internal pressure. Ensure the steam release knob is in the 'Release' position. Use LOW (6-8 hours) or HIGH (2-4 hours) settings.
- Add food and liquid to the pot.
- Close and lock the lid.
- Turn the steam release knob to 'Release'.
- Select SLOW COOK, adjust time and temperature.
- Press START/STOP.
- The appliance will enter KEEP WARM mode upon completion.
Steam Function
Add 230 ml of water to the cooking pot. Place the steaming rack in the pot. Ensure food does not touch the water.
- Add food to the rack.
- Close and lock the lid.
- Turn the steam release knob to 'Seal'.
- Select STEAM, adjust time and pressure.
- Press START/STOP. The appliance will pre-heat and cook.
- Upon completion, the appliance enters KEEP WARM mode.
Browning/Sauté Function
Do not use the lid for this function. Place food in the hot pot using plastic utensils.
- Select BROWN/SAUTÉ and adjust time/temperature.
- Press START/STOP. The display will show 'HEAt' during pre-heating.
Rice/Grains Function
This function uses pressure cooking for rice. Do not fill the pot beyond the 1/2 mark due to expansion.
- Measure and rinse rice, add to the pot with the specified amount of water (min. 240 ml liquid).
- Close and lock the lid.
- Turn the steam release knob to 'Seal'.
- Select RICE/GRAINS, adjust time/pressure.
- Press START/STOP. The appliance will pre-heat and cook.
- Upon completion, the appliance enters KEEP WARM mode.
Yogurt Function
This function has two steps: Pasteurization (high temp) and Incubation (low temp). Both steps are recommended for best results.
- Step 1 (Pasteurize): Place milk in the pot, select YOGURT, and set to high temperature (approx. 80-85°C). The appliance will signal completion ('Done'). Let milk cool to 43-46°C.
- Step 2 (Incubate): Mix yogurt cultures with a little warm milk, then combine with the rest of the milk in the pot. Place the pot in the base, select YOGURT, and set the time. Do not stir after cooking. Cool before refrigerating. For thicker yogurt, strain through cheesecloth.
Sous Vide Function
This function is for cooking food vacuum-sealed in water at precise temperatures. The steam release valve should be open.
- Place food in vacuum-sealed bags, use the sous vide rack if needed.
- Add water to the pot.
- Select SOUS VIDE, set temperature (24-90°C) and time (0:05-24:00).
- Place the lid on (do not lock). Open the steam release valve.
- Press START/STOP to heat water. The display shows 'HEAt' during heating.
- Once the target temperature is reached, carefully add the food bags.
- Replace the lid (do not lock).
- When cooking is complete, the appliance turns off. Remove food using tongs.
Sterilize Function
Use for sterilizing items like baby bottles and jars.
- Add approx. 300 ml water and the steaming rack to the pot.
- Place items to be sterilized in the rack, inverting bottles/jars.
- Close and lock the lid.
- Turn the steam release knob to 'Seal'.
- Select STERILIZE. Time and pressure cannot be adjusted for this function.
- Press START/STOP. The appliance will pre-heat and sterilize.
- Upon completion, the appliance enters KEEP WARM mode.
Simmer Function
Use for slow cooking or simmering. The lid is not used.
- Add liquid to the pot (do not exceed MAX line).
- Select SIMMER, set temperature (HI to boil, LO to simmer) and time.
- Press START/STOP to heat.
- Add ingredients to the pot. Do not place the lid on the appliance. Stir occasionally to prevent hot spots.
- Upon completion, the appliance enters KEEP WARM mode.
Changing Settings
Press START/STOP, then select a new function. Adjust time, pressure, or temperature using the +/- buttons before pressing START/STOP again.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Allow the appliance to cool completely and unplug before cleaning. Clean the lid and sealing ring by hand with warm, soapy water; dry thoroughly. The cooking pot is dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to protect the non-stick coating. For white spots in the pot, soak with a vinegar or lemon juice solution. Wipe the heating base with a damp cloth and dry. Do not use abrasive cleaners. Never immerse the heating base in water. Empty and wash the drip tray after each use.
