CEILING FAN INSTRUCTION MANUAL
Model: F1105F
Safety Instructions
- In order to reduce the occurrence of electric shock, the supply line is connected between the fan and must maintain distance requirements (e.g., 3mm). If you lack electrical knowledge, please hire a qualified electrician for installation.
- To avoid electrical shock hazard during installation or removal, always turn off the power first. Ensure proper wiring order: ground, live wire, neutral wire. Disassembly should follow the reverse order: neutral wire, live wire, ground wire.
- To reduce electric shock or accidents, do not use non-local governors or switch products that are not compatible with the fan.
- When installing a ceiling fan, ensure all parts and screws are securely latched.
- Ensure rotating ceiling fan blades do not touch any objects to avoid danger.
- Select an appropriate location for installation. Ceiling fan blades should be at least 2.3 meters above the ground to prevent accidental collision. The diagram indicates minimum clearances: horizontal clearance from walls > 0.6m, vertical clearance from floor > 2.3m, vertical clearance from ceiling > 2.6m. The ceiling structure must support a weight of at least 45 kg.
- To change the fan rotation direction, turn off the fan and wait for the blades to stop turning before adjusting the reversing switch.
- The power requirements for this machine are 110-130V/60Hz or 220-240V/50Hz. Refer to the controller label for specific voltage compatibility. Do not exceed the specified voltage range. The maximum motor power is 60W, and the maximum power for each light source lamp is 40W (motor power may vary by model).
- About how to install a ceiling fan and connect the power, please read the fan assembly procedures carefully.
- Do not clean the ceiling fan blades with water or detergent directly. Use a dry cloth or a slightly damp cloth to wipe away dust. Before cleaning, always disconnect the ceiling fan from the power switch.

3. Exploded View
Turn on your fan and check the contents. Then install sequentially.
The exploded view shows the assembly of the fan components. Key parts include:
- 1. Bracket
- 2. Canopy
- 3. Downrod
- 4. R pin
- 6. Motor body
- 7. Fan blade screw
- 8. Fan blade
Important Notes:
- Ensure the pin is correctly inserted.
- This screw must be locked tightly.
- This R-shaped tip must be installed correctly.
Hanging Bracket Installation
[Warning] Make sure electricity is turned off at the main power box before commencing work. Turn off the power by removing the fuse or turning off the circuit breaker before installing the fan. [Power Off] symbol shown.
Ensure that ceiling joists are strong enough and of adequate size to support the weight of the fan (approximately 35 kg).
The fan can be installed on a roof with a slope of less than 15 degrees.
- Remove two screws from the bracket (without fully removing them). The diagram shows a hand loosening screws, with "Loosen" and "Yes" indicators.
- Use different screws to secure the bracket according to the ceiling material.
- For "Outbox" ceilings, use screws labeled 'E' (quantity x2).
- For "Wooden Ceiling", use screws labeled 'F' (quantity x4).
- Check whether the bracket is securely installed.
4. Schematic Diagram of the Whole
This section illustrates the overall assembly of the fan components.
Key connections and components shown:
- The motor body connects to the downrod.
- Screws are used to attach the blades to the motor body or a mounting plate.
- A pin and R-shaped tip are shown for securing the downrod to the motor assembly.
Important Notes:
- Ensure the screw connecting the downrod to the motor is locked tightly.
- Ensure the R-shaped tip is installed correctly.
5. Install the Blades
Follow these steps to install the fan blades:
- Lock the mounting plate onto the motor body, as shown in the figure.
- Lock the fan blades onto the mounting plate, as shown in the figure.
5. The Wiring Diagram
[Warning] If you are not familiar with wiring or have any doubts, please consult an electrician.
The diagram shows the "Inverter remote wiring display". Connections are made between the fan motor, a receiver unit, and a general wall switch.
Wire Connections:
- Fan Motor Wires:
- Red wire: Fan V wire
- Pink wire: Fan W wire
- Grey wire: Fan U wire
- Receiver Connections:
- Signal receiving antenna (Do not connect wire)
- Connections to fan motor wires (V, W, U)
- Connections to input power wires
- Input Power Wires:
- Green yellow wire: Ground wire
- White or blue wire: Input neutral wire
- Black or brown wire: Input live wire
- A general wall switch is shown connected to the input power.
The diagram also shows examples of correct [Correct] and incorrect [Incorrect] wiring configurations for the bracket or motor connection.
7. Remote Controller User Manual
1. Operating Transmitter (Remote Controller)
Battery Installation: Install two LRO3/AAA 1.5V batteries (not included).
Maintenance: To prevent damage to the transmitter, remove the batteries if the unit is not used for a long time. Store the transmitter away from excessive heat or humidity.
Button Operations: The transmitter panel includes buttons for:
- Turn all off [ALL OFF]
- Light ON/OFF [LIGHT ON/OFF]
- Wind forward [F]
- Wind Reverse [R]
- 6 speeds (buttons 1 through 6)
- Fan OFF [FAN/OFF]
- Timing functions: 1H timing [1H], 2H timing [2H], 4H timing [4H]
- Natural Wind [Natural Wind]
2. Learning Code Matching Mode
This mode is used to pair the remote controller with the receiver.
Procedure:
- Turn on the power supply within 5 seconds.
- Press and hold the remote controller's "FAN ON/OFF" button for 3 seconds.
- The system is paired successfully when a long "bee" sound is heard. The fan will then operate normally.
Important Note: The learning mode is not accepted if the power has been "ON" for more than 5 seconds. If the remote control cannot be operated normally, or after replacing the remote control, repeat these steps to pair the codes.
