Instead of physical money, all financial transactions are handled digitally using the Electronic Banker Unit and individual bank cards.

4.1. Electronic Banking System

The Electronic Banker Unit is central to all financial aspects of the game. It tracks each player's balance and facilitates transactions. The Banker operates this unit throughout the game.

  2. Acción en el espacio: Perform the action indicated by the space you land on. This may include buying property, paying rent, drawing a Chance or Community Chest card, or going to Jail.
  3. Pase GO: If you pass or land on 'GO', the Banker credits your bank card with $2,000,000.
  4. Dobles: If you roll doubles, take your turn as usual, then roll the dice again. If you roll doubles three times in a row, you immediately go to Jail.

5. Reglas del juego

5.1. Compra de una propiedad

When you land on an unowned property, you may buy it for the price indicated on the board. If you choose not to buy it, the Banker immediately auctions it to the highest bidder. To buy a property, the Banker debits the property cost from your bank card and gives you the corresponding Title Deed card.

5.2. Pago del alquiler

If you land on a property owned by another player, you must pay rent. The amount is indicated on the owner's Title Deed card. The Banker debits the rent from your bank card and credits it to the owner's bank card.

5.3. Chance and Community Chest

When you land on a 'Chance' or 'Community Chest' space, draw the top card from the respective pile and follow its instructions. These cards may require you to pay money, receive money, move to another space, or go to Jail. All monetary transactions are handled via the Electronic Banker Unit.

5.4. Construcción de casas y hoteles

Once you own all properties in a color group, you can build houses and hotels. You must build evenly across the properties in a color group. The cost of houses and hotels is listed on the Title Deed cards. The Banker debits the cost from your bank card when you build.

5.5. Hipotecas de propiedades

If you need money, you can mortgage properties. The mortgage value is listed on the Title Deed card. The Banker credits your bank card with the mortgage amount. Mortgaged properties do not collect rent. To unmortgage a property, you must pay the mortgage value plus 10% interest to the Banker.

5.6. Ir a la cárcel

You go to Jail if you land on the 'Go to Jail' space, draw a card that sends you to Jail, or roll doubles three times in a row. To get out of Jail, you can pay $500,000 to the Banker, use a 'Get Out of Jail Free' card, or roll doubles on one of your next three turns. If you fail to roll doubles after three turns, you must pay $500,000 and move your token.

6. Electronic Banker Unit Operation

The Electronic Banker Unit simplifies all money management in the game. Here’s how to use it:

  • Encendido/apagado: Press any button to turn on the unit. It will automatically turn off after a period of inactivity.
  • Configuración inicial: At the start of the game, the Banker inserts each player's bank card into the unit and credits them with $15,000,000.
  • Realizar pagos: To pay money (e.g., rent, taxes, property purchase), the payer's card is inserted into the unit, the amount is entered, and the '-' button is pressed. If paying another player, their card is then inserted, and the '+' button is pressed.
  • Recibir dinero: To receive money (e.g., passing GO, rent), the recipient's card is inserted into the unit, the amount is entered, and the '+' button is pressed.
  • Checking Balance: Insert a player's bank card into the unit to view their current balance.

7. Game End and Winning

The game ends when all but one player has gone bankrupt. The remaining player is the winner. A player goes bankrupt if they owe more money than they can raise by selling houses/hotels and mortgaging properties.
