Configuración y montaje

Instrucciones de funcionamiento

1. Precalentamiento: Plug the heat control into a 120V AC electrical outlet. Turn the Control Master dial to the desired temperature setting. Allow the skillet to preheat for 5-10 minutes, or until the indicator light turns off, signaling the set temperature has been reached.
2. Cocinando:
   • Add food to the preheated skillet. The ceramic nonstick surface ensures stick-free cooking.
   • The Control Master heat control automatically maintains the selected cooking temperature, providing consistent results for roasting, frying, grilling, stewing, baking, and one-dish meals.
   • Utilize the high-sidewall pan and high-dome EverNu cover for greater food capacity and to retain moisture and heat during cooking. The EverNu cover is designed to resist denting, warping, peeling, or bending.
   • The stay-cool handle allows for safe handling during operation.
3. Temperatura de ajuste: Adjust the Control Master dial as needed during cooking.

Mantenimiento y limpieza
