APP Download

The moblle phone scans the QR code to download the “Hdispcam” app, and register account on APP.

Point to Point Connection

The device is used at the first time, please initialize the camera.

1. ON/OFF:
   the camera has two buttons, one button is reset key, and the other ON/OFF key. Connect the camera to power (turn on) the red and blue lights will be on. Wait for 40 seconds, and the red light will be on. The camera is on. (different models as befow.)
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
2. Reset: Please press and hold the RESET button for 5 seconds, the light changes to red and blue. After about 15–20 seconds, the light changes Into red light only. That means the camera has been reset successfully.
3. Open the mobile phone WIFI list and connect to “DK_XXXXXX” WIFI, such as: DK_F17D0F, please walt for 1 minute after connecting to WIFI.
   
4. When the mobile phone is connected to the camera hotspot WiFi, open the mobile APP(DK_XXXXXX) to refresh the data and automatically add the device.
   
   

Remote Control Setting

1. Go to the settings and select” Network” (connect WiFi remote)
   
   
2. fter entering the Interface, click “Change to WIFI station mode” at the bottom of the Interface. Choose your router WIFI (chose 2.4G, do not support 5G), and enter the router wifi password.
   
3. After the setting is completed, the device light switches from red to blue, then the device is in remote mode. The process of connecting to the remote station needs to wait for two minutes till the blue light is on all always. Please wait patiently (If the device keeps in red light for 5 minutes or more, it may be the WiFi password Is wrong or the couter WiFi is invalid, please reconnect the WIFI hotspot at the beginning and re-operate the device to connect remotely.)
4. Interface Introduction (APP may be updated without notice. Please check APP to know more about functions)
   Arming/Disarming: After the one-key arming is on, the device automatically sends an alarm message to the mobile phone.
   Cloud Storage Mall: Cloud storage package purchase and selection (cloud storage can only be used after the device has been set up for remote monitoring).
   Device share: After the device has set up remote mode, it can share camera ID to the friend and family and monitor the camera together.
   Delete: Delete the device, no more monitor any more
   Setting: The device is setting such as network, video record, alarm and so on.
5. Video Record Continuous Recording: Recording 24 hours a day; each video will be 10 minutes., The default loop video (The memory card is inserted to enable this feature.)
   Event Recording: After the arming is turned on, the motion detection alarm automatically captures a video of 20 seconds to 2 minutes on the SD card or cloud server. (You need to buy a cloud storage package, the video can be saved on the cloud server)
   Record Audio: After this function is enabled, SD card recording can achieve audio synchronization.
   Video Quality: You can choose “HD”or”SD”

Matters needing attention

Note: Camera should keep certain space with other objects, keep the A equipment in ventilation and ventilation, prohibit the use of any objects to cover the shell and its surrounding heat sinks when the equipment is opened or charged, avold overheating caused by blocking heat sinks, damage to the equipment can not be used or other serious consequences, and take no responsibility for it. About batteries: This camera is no built-in battery, so you need charge it to use.
Working temperature: 0-45 degree C, in order to prolong service life, it is best to use at room temperature, prohibit the use of any articles to cover the shell and its heat sink.
Working humidity: 20%-80%. Do not put the product in a humid working environment. The product does not have waterproof function.
Other matters: This product belongs to precision electronic products. Do not make it subject to strong shock and vibration; Do not use it beside strong magnetic field, strong electric field, inflammable and explosive articles.

Frequently asked questions
1. Why can’t the search tool detect the camera?
Answer: Please confirm that the network connection is normal, turn off the firewall and security software, and ensure that the camera is connected to the router.
2. Why does the camera always ask for a user name and password, or an incorrect user?
Answer: The default password of the camera is 123456. If you forget the user name or password, you can restore the camera to the factory settings to get the default user name and password.
3. How can I restore my camera to factory settings?
Answer: Please press the reset button of the camera for about 4 seconds until the blue light flashes and the camera restarts.
4. Why is the image blurred?
Answer: Remove the protective film of the lens. If it is still unclear, please rotate the lens of the camera and focus it. After focusing, you can get a clear image.
5. How to analyze the equipment?
