Assembly Instructions

Unpack the Contents

• Carefully remove the Epson Disc Maker unit, power cable, USB/Network cable, ink cartridges, disc trays, and documentation from the packaging.
• Check that all included accessories are present.

Place the Unit

• Position the Epson Disc Maker on a flat, stable surface.
• Ensure there is enough clearance at the back for cable connections and at the front for disc tray movement.

Install Ink Cartridges

• Open the ink cartridge cover.
• Insert each cartridge into its designated slot until it clicks.
• Close the cover securely.

Attach Disc Tray

• Slide the disc input tray into the loading slot of the machine.
• Secure the output tray in place for finished discs.

Connect Power

• Plug the power cable into the machine and then into a grounded wall outlet.
• Press the Power button to start initialisation.

Connect to Computer

• For USB connection: Plug the USB cable into both the unit and your computer.
• For Network setup: Connect via Ethernet cable to your router or switch.

Install Software (Total Disc Maker)

• Insert the software CD (or download from Epson’s website).
• Follow the on-screen instructions to install the Epson Total Disc Maker software.

Calibration and Test

• Load a blank disc into the tray.
• Use the installed software to perform a test print and alignment.

Care and Maintenance
