Please try medium eartips first as they fit most people.

How to Connect
First Time Connection
- Pick up both earbuds, pop both earbuds into the case to activate them.
- Pick up both earbuds again.
- On cellphone, search QCY ArcBuds Lite and tap to connect.
Note: Earbuds will auto power on when picked up; otherwise, please charge and try again.
Switch Connected Device
- Turn off phone A's Bluetooth and the earbuds will auto disconnect and become connectable.
- On phone B, search QCY ArcBuds Lite and tap to connect.
Note: Multi-point connection is not available. Earbuds will auto reconnect to phone B upon powering up again.
Factory Setting
Delete Connectivity Records
(Try the following steps if earbuds fail to be connected)
Push earbuds into the case, touch both panels 5 times or until LEDs blink white 5 times to reset them to factory settings.
Note: Refer to 'How to Connect' after Factory Setting.
How to Wear
- Please put on earbuds properly then adjust them to fit yourself.
- Keep the microphone towards your mouth.
Note: Wearing them incorrectly may cause a bad calling or listening experience.
LED on Earbud
The LED will glow solid red when the earbud is charged and turn white for 30 seconds after topping up.
LED on Charging Case
The LED will blink white when the case is charging and turn solid white after topping up.
Pushing earbuds into the case: LED will turn white for 4 seconds or blink white for 4 seconds if the case has low battery.
Functions
Earbud Components: Touch panel, Mic, LED, Pogo pins, Eartip.
- Power-on: Pick up earbuds / Keep touching panel for 1.5s
- Power-off: Push earbud back into the case.
- Answer/End Call: Double touch panel.
- Ignore Call: Keep touching panel for 1.5s.
- Skip Track Backward: Keep touching the left panel for 1.5s.
- Skip Track Forward: Keep touching the right panel for 1.5s.
- Voice Assistant: Triple touch the left panel.
- Playback/Pause: Double touch panel.
- Gaming Mode: Triple touch the right panel.

Conditions for Voiding Free Exchange Service:
- Damages caused by unauthorized disassembly.

Tips
- Before using the earbuds, please read the manual carefully and keep it for future references.
- The earbuds need to be fully charged prior to first-time use.
- If the earbuds are left unused for over two weeks, please recharge.
- Please use chargers made by a qualified manufacturer.
- If earbuds fail to be found by phone, please return them to connectable mode or restore factory settings. If a program error occurs on the phone, please turn off and on the Bluetooth function or reboot the phone.
Caveats
- Never disassemble or modify your earbuds for any reasons to avoid any damages and danger.
- Do not store the earbuds in extreme temperatures (below 0°C or over 45°C).
- Avoid using the indicator close to the eyes of children or animals.
- Do not use the earbuds during a thunderstorm to avoid dysfunction and increasing the risk of electric shock.
- Do not use harsh chemicals or strong detergents to clean the earbuds.
- Note: Please do not use earbuds for a long time as it may damage your hearing.
- Notes: Please arrange using time properly as your hearing may be damaged by using the device for a long time.
