Introduction

This document outlines the pricing and features of Three's Advanced Plans, designed to offer flexibility and value for mobile users. The plans provide allowances for voice, text, and data, usable within the UK and in 71 international destinations through Go Roam in Europe and Go Roam Around the World.

Plan Options

Pay Monthly Packages

Available with a minimum term of 24 months, including a device. Offers monthly allowances for voice, text, and data for use in the UK and Go Roam destinations.

SIM Only Advanced Plans

Available with minimum terms of 1, 12, or 24 months. Offers monthly allowances for voice, text, and data for use in the UK and Go Roam destinations. Customers can cancel with 30 days' notice, though a fee may apply if within the Minimum Term.

Pricing: Monthly charges vary based on data allowance, minutes, and contract term. A £5 discount is applied for using the preferred payment method (Direct Debit). Monthly charges increase by 4.5% each April.

Add-ons and Customization

Three offers various add-ons to customize your plan:

• One Day Boost: Unlimited data for a single day, ending at midnight.
• Monthly Boost: Additional data allowances available on a monthly rolling basis.
• Short Term Boost Unlimited Data: Unlimited data for a billing month.
• Go Binge: Unlimited data for streaming video and music from selected partners (available for specific plans and dates).
• Data Passport: Unlimited data for 24 hours in specific destinations.
• Add Minutes: Options for additional landline and international call minutes.
• Smartwatch Pairing: Allows sharing of plan allowances with a smartwatch.
• Device Security: Three Device Security Powered by Bitdefender is available for a monthly fee.

International Roaming (Go Roam)

Advanced Plans include Go Roam, allowing usage of UK allowances in 71 Go Roam in Europe and Go Roam Around the World destinations. Fair use policies apply, with specific limits on data, calls, and texts in certain destinations.

• Data Roaming: Usage in Go Roam destinations is covered by UK allowances up to a certain limit (e.g., 12GB for data over 12GB plans), with potential surcharges thereafter.
• Calls and Texts Abroad: Calls and texts to UK numbers and within Go Roam in Europe destinations are generally included in allowances. International calls and texts outside these allowances incur charges based on destination bands.
• Receiving Calls/Texts: Receiving calls and texts is free in Go Roam destinations.
• Data Charges Outside Go Roam: For destinations not covered by Go Roam, data charges apply based on data bands.

Charges for Other Services

• Special Numbers & Directory Services: Calls to special numbers (e.g., 084, 087, 118) have separate Access Charges and Service Charges.
• Cancellation Fee: A fee applies if you cancel your contract before the end of your Minimum Term, calculated based on remaining monthly charges less a discount.
• Other Charges: Fees may apply for text delivery reports, additional invoice copies, replacement SIMs, and unlocking handsets.
• Failed/Late Payment: A charge applies for failed or late payments.
