ABOUT
The QURO is a decentralised mechanical extract fan that incorporates constant volume technology to provide a high efficiency, low cost and low noise solution. The fan is SAP PCDB listed, with an SFP of down to 0.08w/l/s, and has adjustable speeds from 5l/s up to a maximum of 30l/s.
The fan is designed to be flexible, and meets the airflow requirements for a kitchen, utility, bathroom, WC and en-suite making it perfect for the new build and specification market.
The fan is suitable for use with 100mm ducting,t, and is unobtrusive with a low profile of only 175 x 175 x 128.5mm.
There are three models available including a standard variant with adjustable timer, an adjustable timer and humidity sensor option, and an adjustable timer, humidity sensor and pull cord version.

CONSULTANT SPECIFICATION
QURO
The QURO is a high performance extract fan with low Specific Fan Power down to 0.08 W/l/s. The fan is suitable for wall or ceiling mounting in kitchens, WCs, bathrooms and shower rooms to meet Approved Document F: Ventilation in England and Wales, Technical Handbook for Scotland, Northern Ireland Technical Booklet, Part K. The one fan shall ventilate any domestic kitchen, utility room, bathroom or shower room and be PCDB listed for decentralised Mechanical Ventilation Equipment (dMEV).
The QURO offers a mixed flow fan impeller, driving performance without any nuisance running. The fan offers extremely low noise levels below 9 dB(A) at 3m distance.
The unit shall is the QURO as manufactured by EnviroVent.
The QURO is powered by a low energy, DC motor for minimum energy consumption down to 2 Watts, supplied in a 230V format with five selectable trickle speeds ranging between 5 and 16l/s, with a maximum high speed (boost) of 30l/s.
The QURO is available in standard with adjustable timer (QRST), adjustable timer and humidity sensor (QRHT) and adjustable timer, humidity sensor and pull cord (QRHTP) variants.
The unit is capable of operating continuously on constant volume to work in direct correlation with any resistance in the ductwork, ensuring that the commissioned airflow is always delivered and maintained. This has a limiter to prevent nuisance running during periods where high levels of resistance are encountered. The unit will operate on trickle at the pre-set rate and with the facility to boost to maximum air volume via a switch, pullcord or humidity sensor.
The unit shall enable ease of commissioning through the intelligent constant volume microprocessor technology.
The QURO offers a side display, that can show total running time as well as humidity and timer details (variant depending).
The fan offers the potential to run in automatic timer or humidity sensor mode depending upon the requirements of the property.
The unit is supplied with a 3 year warranty.
