Product Usage Instructions
AC Conduit Access
Ensure the unit is powered off before accessing the AC conduit. The top or bottom entry can be used for AC conduit access.
Cable Routing
Use the removable plate to facilitate cable routing within the unit for a neat and organized setup.
Terminal Blocks and Fuses
Connect cables to the terminal blocks for power distribution. The TPL fuse distribution panels support fuses up to 1200A for protection.
Rectifier Shelves
The unit comes with 5 X 4.6kW rectifier shelves with a maximum capacity of 2875A. Ensure proper installation and connection of rectifier modules.
Safety Certification
The product is designed for NEBS compliance and meets CSA/UL 62368-1 safety standards. Refer to the datasheets for detailed safety information.

The Cordex® CXPS-HX front access system provides high capacity DC power for large communication network applications.
- This system combines the capabilities of tiered distribution, advanced microprocessor based supervision, and modular rectifiers in a single integrated bay. Two bays can easily be linked together and share a central controller to double the system capacity.
- The Cordex® Distributed Power System is cost effective due to the internal copper bus work, and is delivered ready to assemble with factory tested components. No overhead bus work is required. An optional external return bus is available. Cable access is from the top and load connections are terminated from the side or rear of the bay. Hot swappable Cordex ® power modules and internal buss work provides a safe work environment with easy installation and maintenance.

The Cordex® CXPS-HX series is a compact, true front access, multi capacity -48VDC power system designed for space constrained communication applications. The front access HX-Plant optimizes floor space, streamlines installation, and simplifies maintenance, empowering organizations to achieve seamless connectivity and operational excellence.
- Optimizes floor space: The true front access system allows for installation directly against a wall, increasing useable floor space
- Streamlines installation: Front access AC input terminal blocks that are factory wired to the rear of the rectifier shelves, reducing installation time
- Simplifies maintenance: Site visits and general maintenance made simpler via ease of access to AC, DC, and battery connections
