To set up your Ember, download the latest version of the app.

Out of the box, Ember will keep your drink at 135°F (57°C).
Portable battery life varies by product. Enjoy all-day battery life by regularly placing mug on its included charging coaster.

On – Press once
Off – Press and hold 2 seconds
Pair – Press and hold 5 seconds, light will blink blue.
Reset – Press and hold 7 seconds, light will blink yellow.

Use caution when consuming hot beverages. Let them cool down before consuming.
Do not microwave Ember! Ember is an electronic device, which should never go in a microwave.
Ember is hand wash only. Please do not put Ember in the dishwasher.
Keep Ember out of reach of children when filled with hot beverages.
Dry it well. Water can cause damage to the charging coaster, so dry your mug before placing it there.
Contact with metal may cause damage to ceramic coating.
