Installation
- Download: Purchase the Advanced Blog Magento 2 Extension from Elsner
Technologies. - Upload: Unzip the downloaded file and upload it to
app/code/Elsnertech/Advanced Blog in your Magento 2 root directory. - Run Commands:
• php bin/magento setup: upgrade
• php bin/ magento setup: di: compile
• php bin/magento cache: clean - Verify: Check Content > Advanced Blog > Manage Posts or Stores > Configuration > Elsner Technologies > Advanced Blog in the Magento Admin Panel to confirm the extension is installed.
Configuration
Access settings via Stores > Configuration > Elsner Advance Blog > Settings in the Magento Admin Panel.
General Settings
- Enable: Select Yes to activate or No to disable the extension. .
- Posts Per Page: Set the number of posts displayed on the blog list page (e.g., 10).
Post Settings
- Add New Post: Navigate to Content > Advanced Blog > Manage Posts > Add New Post to create blog posts.
- Post Title: Enter the title of the blog post.
- Post Content: Use the WYSIWYG editor to add text, images, videos, or HTML content.
- Enable/Disable Post: Select Yes to publish or No to keep the post in draft mode.
- Store Views: Assign posts to specific store views (e.g., Main Store, French Store).
- Categories/Tags: Assign categories or tags for better organization and searchability.
- Save: Click Save Config or Save Post and refresh caches in System > Cache Management.
