Product Usage Instructions
Basic Functions:
- Drehung im Uhrzeigersinn – AUF (Clockwise rotation – UP)
- Drehung gegen Uhrzeigersinn – AB (Anti-clockwise rotation – DOWN)
Saving Height Position:
- First move desk to the desired height that is to be saved.
- Press M to enter the memory interface.
- Select one of the buttons 1, 2, or 3 to save the height.
Selecting Saved Height Position:
Press memory button 1, 2, or 3 and the desk will move to the desired position. Keep the button pressed until the position has been reached. The display shows the current table height during the procedure.
Sedentary Reminder:
- Press the M button for up to 5 seconds until the display shows the graphic above.
- Touch the M button again to enter the settings interface.
- Select a time interval or the turn off option using the 1 and 3 buttons.
- Press the M button to confirm.
Safety Lock:
Select the locking interface graphic above from the menu and press M to enter. Use the 1 or 3 buttons to select locking or unlocking. Press M again to confirm.
Menu Navigation:
To navigate through the menu, use buttons 1 and 3 to scroll left or right. Press M to select the desired function.

STEP 1
Using one of the two screws supplied with the frame, attach the handset to one of the predrilled holes on the underside of the desktop. Then insert the second screw directly into the desktop, applying some pressure to make a new hole. Please note that you can install the handset to the left or right side of the desktop
Step 2
Connect handset to control box using the supplied cable, and securing the excess cable.

Any other use is at the user‘s own risk.
Under no circumstances does the manufacturer accept warranty claims or liability claims for damages caused from improper use or handling of the controller.

Caution / Safety Instructions
- Make sure to have followed all caution/safety instructions from the Eliot height adjustable desk original user & assembly instructions.
- When using the smartcontroller, the user must pay full attention and make absolutely sure that no person can be injured, or object damaged, in the process.
- If the product is visibly damaged, it may not be installed or used.
- Keep all electrical components away from liquids.
- Do not open any of the electrical components. There is a danger of electrical shock.
- Any changes made to the standard configuration of the handset will invalidate all liability or warranty claims.
Every person who is responsible for this desk, at installation or employment of the desk, in daily use or in service and repair work, must have access to these instructions and read them carefully. Keep these instructions close to your height adjustable desk.

Enter menu
Press the “M” button for up to 5 seconds until the display shows picture below.

Kindly note
Use the “1” and the “3” buttons to scroll left or right through the menu.
Then press ”M” to select the desired function.
Sedentary reminder
- Press the “M” button for up to 5 seconds until the display shows the graphic above.
- Touch the “M” button again to enter the settings interface.
- There are 3 different time intervals to choose from, or the turn off option. Select preference by navigating with the “1” and “3” buttons.
- Press the “M” button to confirm.
After setting successfully the display will confirm showing a “√”.
Then the display will show the set height and a progress bar for the timer.
When the set time is over, the desk will vibrate for 10 seconds.
The timer will reset when the desk has moved above 100 cm (39.5inch).
Safety lock
Select the locking interface graphic above from the menu and press “M” to enter.
Use the “1” or “3” buttons to select locking or unlocking. Press “M” again to confirm.
After successful locking, the display will show “√”, and will display the lock icon as seen here below.
- a) Entering lock mode, controller can still be used.
- b) Appears after 5 seconds, controller is now locked.
Temporary unlock
Press the button sequence “1”, “2”, and “3” to unlock the controller temporarily. You can now make changes to the height or in the menu.
After 5 seconds the display (b) will appear and the controller will return to lock mode
If you set a reminder and lock at the same time, both icons will be shown in the display, as seen here.
Setting the upper & lower limit position
- Move the desk to the desired maximum or minimum height position.2. Press the “M” button for up to 5 seconds to enter the menu.
- Select the setting upper & lower limit position interface graphic shown above from the menu and press “M” to enter.
- Use the “1” or “3” buttons to select upper limit or lower limit position or to cancel the upper/lower limits.
Press the “M” button to confirm.
When the desk is moved to the minimum or maximum height position, the interface will give a reminder as shown here below:
Vibration mode selection
- Press the “M” button for up to 5 seconds to enter the menu.
- Select the vibration mode selection graphic shown above from the menu and press “M” to enter.
- Use the “1” or “3” buttons to select the preferred vibration option or to switch off the vibration.
- Press the “M” button to confirm.
Exit
To exit the menu, select the exit menu graphic shown above and press “M” to confirm.
When the display shows an error code, it most likely needs to be reset. Please follow this procedure:
- Rotate the wheel anti-clockwise until the desk has reached it’s lowest position.
- Then release the wheel shortly.
- Then rotate the wheel anti-clockwise again for up to 5 seconds until the display changes to “RESET”.
- Release the wheel.
- Once again, rotate the wheel anti-clockwise until the desk lowers a little more and slightly rises. The display should now display the actual height.
- The desk has been reset and is now ready for use again .
