Product Usage Instructions

Before Installation:
Read all instructions before beginning the installation process. Only qualified mechanics experienced in suspension components should perform the installation. The use of a hoist and screw jack is recommended to reduce installation time. Ensure the vehicle is properly supported before starting work.

Installation Steps:

1. Remove the hardware securing the coil over to the upper mount.
2. Remove the hardware securing the coil over to the lower mount.
3. Remove the coil and compress the assembly.
4. Remove the spring retainer and main spring.
5. Remove the OE slider and secondary spring.
6. Adjust and set the preload collars to 60mm.
7. Adjust and set the crossover rings to 85mm.
8. Install the Eibach secondary spring and OE slider.
9. Install the Eibach main spring.
10. Compress the assembly and install the OE retainer.
11. Install the coil over into the vehicle.
12. Secure the coil over to both upper and lower mounts with OE hardware.

Ride Height Adjustment:
The recommended preload measurement in Step 9 aims for a ride height close to 480mm when measured from the ground to the center of the lower control arm bolt. Adjust as needed, especially if using larger than stock wheels and tires.

• Never work on or under a vehicle unless it is properly supported.

Installation

• Step 1. Remove the hardware that secures the coil over to the upper mount.
• Step 2. Remove the hardware that secures the coil over to the lower mount.
• Step 3. Remove the coil.
• Step 4. Compress the coil over the assembly.
• Step 5. Remove the spring retainer.
• Step 6. Remove the main spring.
• Step 7. Remove the OE slider
• Step 8. Remove the secondary spring
• Step 9. Adjust and set the preload collars to 60mm (2 23/64)in.
• Step 10. Adjust and set the crossover rings to 85mm (3 11/32)in
• Step 11. Install the Eibach secondary spring.
• Step 12. Install the OE slider.
• Step 13. Install the Eibach main spring.
• Step 14. Compress the assembly and install the OE retainer.
• Step 15. Install the coil over into the vehicle
• Step 16. Secure the coil over to the upper mount with the OE hardware.
• Step 17. Secure the coil over to the lower mount with the OE hardware
• Step 18. The recommended preload measurement in Step 9 will get the vehicle close to the recommended ride height but each vehicle may vary some. We recommend setting the ride height at 480mm (18 57/64)in measuring from the ground to the center of the lower control arm bolt. Note: If you have larger than stock wheels and tires, the ride height will be increased.
• Step 19. Remove the OE hardware that secures the coil over to the upper mount.
• Step 20. Remove the OE hardware that secures the coil over to the lower mount.
• Step 21. Remove the coil from the vehicle.
• Step 22. Compress the coil over the assembly and remove the OE retainer/dust shield.
• Step 23. Remove the main spring.
• Step 24. Remove the OE slider.
• Step 25. Remove the secondary spring
• Step 26. Adjust and set the preload collars to 90mm (3 11/32)in.
• Step 27. Adjust and set the crossover rings to 160mm (6 19/64).
• Step 28. Install the secondary spring.
• Step 29. Install the OE slider.
• Step 30. Install the main spring
• Step 31. Compress the spring assembly and install the retainer/dust shield.
• Step 32. Reinstall the coil.
• Step 33. Secure the coil over to the upper mount with the OE hardware.
• Step 34. Secure the coil over to the lower mount with the OD hardware.
• Step 35. The recommended preload measurement in Step 26 will get the vehicle close to the recommended ride height but each vehicle may vary. We recommend setting the ride height at 560mm (22 3/64)in measuring from the ground to the center of the lower control arm bolt.
  Note: If you have larger than stock wheels and tires, the ride height will be increased.
• Step 36. Recommended front and rear shock settings.
